My husband was a resident at Creekside. They were good. He has a pain device, and it would be a little bit of trouble passing on from shift-to-shift on what had to be done twice-a-day. Everybody was very polite, kind, and passed on information to me. They were very friendly. Everything was clean. There were no unsightly odors. The linens were clean. The staff all used precautions when handling the food and care of the patient. They had a barber salon, and someone will come and groom your pet. For rehab, we could bring our dog up to visit.

I toured Creekside Retirement Community. It has memory care, and I like the size of the facility. Everyone is very professional. And it's clean. The food was very good. With regards to activities, they have exercise classes, plays, and musical demonstrations from the college that come there to entertain them. I really, really like that.

My stepmom is in Creekside Retirement Community memory care. They also have assisted living and skilled nursing. I found everybody very professional and caring, the place is very clean. They take the security aspect very seriously because with Alzheimer's and dementia, people tend to wander. She's been very well-cared for and it's a very nice community. My stepmom seemed to enjoy their variety of activities there.

I toured Creekside Retirement community, and its lovely. The dining area was very nice, and the rooms were lovely. I saw OT, PT, and some people playing dominos. They have good people. Its awesome. I would have done everything to get my mother in there.

Dont put your love ones here.. this place is a mess. The staff are rude and not welcoming. Their always on there phone when I come in .And I believe they hit residents, my love one had bruises all on her face , but no one told me what happened. This place is the worst in Huntsville DO NOT put your love ones there you will regret it .

My mother is in Creekside. I am very impressed with the memory care unit and happy the location and how the staff treat the residents. When she was in rehab at Creekside, I was not happy because there wasn't enough staff to take care of the residents, but once we got her to the memory care unit, I have been happy with the staff there that's taking care of her. She's comfortable. It's a smaller unit with only 18 residents, so they're very attentive to their residents. The facility location is easy to get to, and they have a little outside area for their memory care patients to go to and sit which is secure so they can't escape. The staff talk to them, respond, and is very caring, so I've been impressed.
