My mom moved to Proveer At Northgate. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating, and followed up the entire time while she was in the hospital and she went to assisted living. They were very patient. The living facility is great. They have a professional chef that is cooking the food for the patients. My mom was happy. The nursing staff, there's been some hiccups there, but otherwise it's good. One thing about the management, they're right about it whenever you have a concern and you tell them about it, they address it immediately within 24 hours. The food is really good. They have a church that comes in and has Sunday church with them around 12:30 after lunch. So I think that's sweet because my mom is going to church. During the week, they have card games. They had bingo. They do arts and crafts. They have a really good activities director. I think that's her title, and she keeps them involved. They play their music. Mom has music therapy on Thursdays, and that's fun listening to gospel and playing Elvis's music that she remembers. They have a lot of activities. They have a beautiful courtyard. The way it is situated, I saw some patients, and the nurses taking them outside.

We toured the assisted living of Proveer At Northgate. It was very nice, and they're very personable. It's not as full as other places. It's a large facility, but they only have 15 residents. That was kind of nice, that they don't have that many residents yet. The staff is great and the facilities are very nice and clean. They also have nice rooms.

Proveer at Northgate was very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it had a very good impression. The rooms were nice. They weren't spectacular, but they were nice. They had the sensory room for tactile experiences. They had a greenhouse. They had TV rooms and activity rooms. There were a lot of open areas where people could sit. They have a lot of activities.

My biggest gripe is it seems only on Saturdays they can find the phone and answer it. Any other day forget it. They take very good care of my mom. But. Do like calling her she is my mom. This my second review.

It was very nice, appealing, upscale, and perfect for my brother's needs. The staff was very nice, we had no problems, and my brother seems to be well taken care of. We had turkey and dressing on Thanksgiving, the food is great. It's very nice, but very expensive.

It was our other choice. It was a locked facility just for Alzheimer’s patients, so they’re more specialized. It is brand new, only about a 1 ½ years or so, very clean, and very nice. I liked that it was a locked facility and newer, very clean, and only for Alzheimer’s type patients.

I did go down on a Sunday afternoon, and it was very sterile. There was only one gal working at the front. There was nobody else in sight. It’s kind of locked down. It was lovely, but it just wasn’t for me. The location was fine, but it was not very convenient for me.

My mom is here. The staff is fantastic. They are well trained, very kind, and good. Everything runs so smoothly. The facility is beautiful. It is super clean. The residents look well cared for. We could not be any happier. She enjoys the food. The portions are wonderful.
