I found here for my spouse. It's a very nice place. It seems like home, and the people there are very nice. I like the facilities. It's what I felt I wanted. It's a little farther out, but it's nice, and the people there are so helpful. I feel like my husband is very safe there. He has a lovely room, which I decorated, and it's very clean, nice sized, and he's got a window. I like his room. The dining area is very nice. I got to see his room while they were having dinner. I walked to there real quick because they really don't let people in because of the COVID thing. That's one of the things I really like about it because they are taking all precautions that can't even be imagined. I like that everybody wears masks and shields. The residents are very well cared for. When you're in memory care, you're not really able to do much of anything for yourself. I saw the schedules they have on the wall. The place is lovely, parking is very nice, and the grounds are well kept.

I'm at Morada Cy-Fair. This is assisted living, but they also have independent living and memory care. The grounds are very nice. Some of the rooms face outwardly to the fronts and sides of the facility. Some of them face an enclosed area with a gazebo. The caregivers are very caring and very helpful. The current management is open to suggestions and accommodating. They have quite a few things, but none that I'm particularly interested in. They have bingo, church services, puzzles, and card games. They have quite a few different things depending on your interest. I prefer to do my coloring and my reading in private. The food is OK, nothing particularly stands out as being over the top. It's just normal food. It's not to my liking. The portions are very small. They need to improve the food. I would like probably not as much turnover on staff because you get accustomed to one person giving you a shower and the next thing you know, there's somebody different and for older people, it's hard. We like consistency.

My mother has moved into Morada Cy-Fair. It was close. The staffing is a revolving door, there's always somebody new, and I don't think that is good for someone with memory care, changing people all the time. And then there was an incident where one lady was hitting people. One of the residents was fighting the people, and I don't think that she should have been there. I feel like it's all about money, and it's not about caring about people, so that's not good for me. I have a camera in there, so I see what's going on. A lot of times I have to tell them to go and put my mother's pajamas on because she has slept in her clothes. The outside appearance of the facility is a five but the memory care area they do not take care of because it smells like urine, and it shouldn't be like that. They used to have activities but they don't anymore.

I toured Morada Cy-Fair. It was quite a lot of money for not many things. They have separate buildings, so if it's hot, you have to walk out in the sun to get food. It's not very convenient. It's not very good. I'm not impressed at all. They ask for a pretty high price and not much is provided. Overall, it's not very impressive. I wouldn't consider that. I saw a one-bedroom and a studio. They're not very active. There's not that many activities. I didn't pay too much attention to their common areas because their sitting area is not that big. It was clean and the staff were professional.

I have visited Morada Cy-Fair, and I thought they were very good for the amount of care that they have. They have independent living, assisted living, and memory care. It's very well-run. I saw a lot of staff during my visit. It's very busy, and I thought it might overwhelm my father. They had all the right amenities. The room I saw was nice, clean, and well-kept. I would have to move my dad's furniture in. The staff was very attentive. They were being friendly when we walked by. They introduced me to different people, like this person that took care of the laundry and all that. Everybody was busy. They had activities. They had a bus that would take people places. It had a good, open, and secure outdoor area, and I liked all of that. It's on a busy main road in the area. Once you get into the facility, they had a nice big open area where most of the residents would be and a couple of extra courtyards.

I'm in the independent living while my husband is in memory care. I'm very pleased with the caregivers, and the staff here is wonderful and caring. I'm thoroughly enjoying it, it's very pleasant, they do a good job. My apartment is a 1-bedroom and since he's in memory care, he just has a plain room with a bathroom. The independent living is separate from assisted living and memory care. But all I have to do is walk across the driveway and I'm there. They have wonderful meals. We haven't gotten used to all the activities yet, they keep the memory care residents busy. One thing I would like to say is that I have searched all over Houston, and this is the only community that met our needs. They have a library, and it's all very convenient. We enjoy all of the group activities so far.

It was nice, but too far for us. The person who assisted us was nice and helpful. The dining area was nothing special, but it was clean. They have a library, a video room, and so on.

It is very nice. When you walk in, it didn't have a smell, which is good. The people are extremely helpful and very nice. It looks very clean, and we are very happy with it. My mom-in-law goes to church there, and she plays the piano which she enjoys doing. She gets her hair done once in a while. The food is really good, and the dining area looks beautiful.

It has good memory care and rooms. The staff is very good and very nice. The housekeeping is stellar; I never noticed any odor in there. Her room is very nice and spacious. It’s got a refrigerator, microwave, a nice, big bathroom with all the safety features, and a nice window.

It was very clean, and everyone seemed very clean as well. The staff had been very helpful, from the contracts to the moving in. Even to little details like diet changes and different things that my mom required, they have been very open. I was not aware of the activities because my mom did not partake in any. The overall atmosphere seemed pleasant. It did not smell like a nursing home, even if there were a number of residents who really needed care. I have recommended the facility to another lady, and she has moved in. And I would still recommend to other people.

I just walked around and saw it. The rooms are similar to my mom's right now. The staff seemed very nice and very friendly. The lady who took us was excellent. It just fell into place that they would have a room available. It was a little larger than the other rooms, and they were to be charging the same. The people who took us around came over and interviewed my mom, and my mom really liked them. They were just very cordial.

I like it. The place is extremely clean and it seems like a nice place. The staff that toured me around was extremely helpful. She walked me around and showed me the facility. She did show one of the units that they were setting us for us and I was extremely pleased. The staff seemed extremely nice and polite. Everything is good as far as I'm concerned. They have a nice open area. It's close to a hospital and it's not hard to find. The place is really beautiful.

It would be my number one choice for my parents if they ended up somewhere in the Cyprus area. It's a great facility and the only thing I noticed was that their parking area was not as easily accessible to visitors. I would rate them a five based on their location and amenities.

Mom really likes from the very beginning, because she felt it's so homey as opposed to other facilities we visited. The staff is exceptional. Every one of them is just wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't remember all their names. Everything is very nice and clean. Mom loves it when we come and have dinner with her. The food is exceptional and she absolutely loves it. She doesn't eat a whole lot. She's 86 years old, but she especially loves the desserts. There was a little bit of adjustment, but she is the type that would adjust well. She loves it there because they have so many things to do.
