My mom has moved into Braeswood Estates Senior Living. I like the environment, the design of the rooms, the facility itself, and the staff. They're very helpful, and they keep an eye on her. The place is clean, and the rooms are big. They have activities like game night, and they go shopping and do different things with them. They have a beauty shop and a barbershop, a chapel, and a library. They have a large dining room. The chef comes around and talks to the clients and sees how the meals were. They have different things a week. I'm content with it. The parking area is nice, and they have two patios.

My tour of Braeswood Estates Senior Living was a good experience. It's a nice place. It's a nice quiet location near the bayou. The staff Angel took me through and showed me a couple of the sample rooms that they've got, the cafeteria, and stuff. It was clean and neat. We spoke to some of the people as we were going through it, and it seemed like a friendly place. Angel was quite helpful and quite friendly. I saw how she interacted with some of the residents, and she was quite pleasant with them. So that made a good impression that she seemed interested in them and had a good relationship with them. The apartments were pretty standard. They're not huge, but they seemed to be big enough for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and neat when we walked through the hallways. The rooms had a little refrigerator and a bench in the shower. They had several courtyards and a screened-in porch where when it was not so hot, you can sit out there. They had a TV/movie viewing room and the cafeteria. It seemed like there was another room there where some of the residents were gathered like a library and stuff with some books and things.

The staff at Braeswood Estates Senior Living was very attentive. I like that it's secure, even to enter the facility you have to be buzzed in. The facility was clean, I like the floor plans and the price was reasonable.

We have decided on here and I've seen it. The overall community is just excellent, it's near the medical center, and it's centrally located for our family members. The executive director is wonderful, in fact all the help and assistance that I have had the opportunity to meet have just been lovely. The rooms are very nice. It's a large room, large enough for a bed, loveseat chair, and opens out to beautiful patio scenery. The person who gave the tour was just full of enthusiasm, the information was just great, and just a pleasure. The dining area was lovely. It's a nice size, and the help in the dining area is quite helpful, and helpful in serving my sister who needed food. They took care of preparing the menus so that she would be able to eat it. They had exercise, creative activities, song time, and shopping time. They have quite a few activities.

My mother has moved in. The people we have met have been nice and helpful and care about their job and their residents. She has a studio apartment, and they have housekeeping and laundry service. There are activities, beauty salon, library, activity room, and a hallway that has an exercise bike and a TV in front of it. They have an alarm on the door, and there's someone that sits at the front desk all day, so they can't just wander around and wander off the door without an alarm going off.

They offer Bingo, live entertainment, board games, puzzles, and ministries who come in to have Bible study. They provide three meals and three snacks a day. They do the laundry, and they also paint their nails. We are satisfied with their service and we have no complaints so far.

My mother-in-law is here and the facility is all on one floor, which is very important because she has limited vision. She has gotten great attention and service and we've been very pleased. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and attentive, and I feel very positive with every encounter that we've had with them. They're willing to work with us and they made the transition a good experience.

Had my mother decided to come here it is where I would like to see her be. It was a beautiful place. Everybody there seemed happy; all the people who I saw seemed very happy. The young lady who is the community relations director, Jill, was just fabulous. Took her time, showed me everything and answered every question. I really, really liked it, but the decision was made that my mom would stay in the Dallas area where most of the family is. I visited a number of places and I liked this one very, very much.

They got rid of their smoking area at the first of the year and my brother smokes. If they had a smoking area, I would most definitely move him in a heartbeat. They have good rooms. The only thing that they don't do is provide a bed. They do not provide a dresser. I would have to pay extra for my brother. The staff was wonderful. The lady who was there was very, very knowledgeable of Huntington's, and she gave me a lot of information that I had no way of knowing. My girlfriend and I went together, and we were very, very impressed with the facility and everything that they had to offer. She showed me the different activities. They go on field trips, and the bus takes them to and from the VA for their doctor's appointments. I like the cleanliness of the place, the way they had their patients dressed. There was no smell. It was carpeted. The rooms were nice, the refrigerator was nice. The only thing that I didn't really care for was him being in the room with an actual roommate. I don't think that he would do well. It's close by a lot of facilities. It's a big, huge Target there. There are different eating places that are close by. It's a fiesta right there. It will be a better environment.

I am a family member of two current residents. The quality of services rendered to my great uncle and aunt have been excellent. The caretakers treat my uncle and aunt as family with a level of care that puts me at ease. I take comfort in knowing that my folaks are in good hands.

The services are great specially the care to the residents. The place is clean and lot of things to do. A lot of friendships and laughters. The whole group of employees that belong to the staff are really good.
