I'm at Bristol Park Eagle Mountain. I've been here for a year and a half now. They have memory care and I'm currently in assisted living. I don't need to be here, but my wife is in memory care. My family wants me here because the staff needs me to help my wife now and then. They keep it very clean. They do my laundry every week. The food is really good. The staff is friendly, and they have activities to keep us engaged. My wife has a studio, and then I have a two-room. It has a bedroom, a living area, and a kitchen area. I also have a patio. They have different floor plans. We usually have some type of exercise in the morning. Today, we're going out for lunch at a local restaurant. There are things in the afternoon, too. So, there's usually stuff going on. They have a garden area, a salon, and a small library. My main complaint is that it is too expensive.

We went to Bristol Park Eagle Mountain. It was a good one, although it was rather expensive for our budget. It was a very nice place. They have many amenities. They would do your laundry, or you could go do your own laundry in the building. It looks like they have wonderful menus and food there. They have very good selections, so you don't have to eat just one thing. They give you two different entrees. There are also daily choices that you could pick from. If you don't care for either of the entrees, you could get a sandwich, a salad, and stuff like that, so that's nice. The staff were very nice and friendly. They showed us around, answered all our questions, and followed up with us. They had nice-sized apartments. They didn't have as many things to do as the other place, but they had a nice courtyard.

I toured Bristol Park Eagle Mountain. It was a very pleasant experience to visit. The people were great. The facility was very nice. I talked to some of the residents. They were all happy, and that's what counts. It's a very good facility, but it's not a good fit for me because of the distance. I didn't try the food. I didn't have time to eat, but it smelled delicious. I got there at lunch, and it really smelled good. The rooms were first class. We looked at a studio apartment, and I would stay there. They were very nice. I saw the entire facility, and there were activities. Everything was spacious, and everything was bright. It was clean. It was a first-class facility. I liked the whole package.

Bristol Park Eagle Mountain has been great. My husband has gotten better, which is unusual for somebody that has his problems. The staff there is friendly and caring. They don't have an exercise area there, but they have a PT lady, a physical therapist, and an occupational therapist that works with them. They might have something in their rooms, but I've never gone in there. They have a lot of people come in and do things and work with him. They're very diligent about changing him during the night too. He's staying in their memory care facility.

Heartis Eagle Mountain is brand new and clean, and they're very good to the people they have there. There are only 22, so it's not even near half full. The food is really good, and they have lots of activities for the seniors if they choose to participate. My dad has a suit and a patio access door, so you had to pay more for that, but if you feel like being outside in the garden area, it’s a great room. You get a lot of one on one when you’re out and about of your room, and there's always somebody around to say Hello or help you and get you whatever you need if you need anything. They've always got coffee and snacks on hand for guests and residents. It's just a nice new place.

Heartis Eagle Mountain was new place. I don’t know if it’s a good fit for us, but it was a new place, and they didn’t really have a whole lot of people moved in there yet. The rooms were about average. They had an activity room right next to their restaurant and a nice little courtyard in the middle. It was clean, and the facility was new, so it was still pretty much empty; there weren’t a lot of residents there yet. The sizes of the rooms were typical or average; they were OK. There was plenty of parking.

My mom went to Heartis Eagle Mountain. For one thing, it is about a mile or so from my house and brand new. She is the ninth person to live there. I think they’re still trying to get stuff going, like they had a Memorial Day party but there were not very many people there because there’s not many residents yet. I recommend it. The staff members are nice. Like I said, there aren't a lot of residents and there’s not a lot of staff, but the staff there are very nice and helpful.

Heartis just opened up. It’s a really convenient, wonderful place. The food is just fantastic, and they have a chef who's really good with the people there. All of the people are really caring and excellent. I would refer anyone to go there. The price is comparable with all the other prices. It’s just really special.
