The Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation of Ennis was accessible, with a good location, and clean. The staff was very pleasant. During my visit, I tried the beef stroganoff there and it was good. The room that I saw was very spacious and very comfortable. They have bingo and different types of games.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The building was very nice and clean. The rooms had showers in then. Daily activities keeps the residents entertained. Polka night is so much fun and it's a community interaction.

My Father was in here recently for about a month for rehab (2015) after surgery. We visited numerous times and never, ever walked into the building and smelled that urine smell or anything offensive-EVER! The place is impeccably clean. I can't say enough about the nursing staff - always, always friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with us and my father. If you are looking for a place for your loved one for rehab or long term care, I would suggest Legend Oaks in Ennis, Texas. We have been in other facilities and they don't even compare to how nice this place was and how well they took care of my Dad.

Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation was new, clean, and it was in my father's hometown. When you walk in, it's a big, open common area down the middle and off to each side. It's a decent-sized room; it's a double room. They check on him pretty regularly, and he said the food is good. They have bingo, games, puzzles, and cards for them to do. They also have TVs out in the common area so they can go out and watch TV with the others.

I like the Legend Oaks because I was there for rehab. The staff was very friendly and very nice. I had a private room. It could have been a shared room, but at the time I was there, there was no one in the other bed. The room was very spacious, and their food was very good. The dining facilities were very nice and clean. They had everything you wanted. They even had like a polka band that came in once a week. A lot of the residents there enjoy it, and they have games. It was really a nice place.

my mother stays at this facility currently. The nurses there are the sweetest, most sincere nurses I have ever met. My mom is never stuck in her room alone, neither are other residents. My moms day nurse actually has her with her a lot during the day. If she is sitting down and charting, she usually has my mom and a couple of others hanging out with her. My mom can't remember much, but she knows her nurse. To have absolute trust in the facility caring for mom puts my mom at ease. Thank you Legend Oaks!
