My Mom is a resident at Bienvivir now. That place is beautiful , clean, and quite honestly a God send. My mom is very happy there! She talks really well about everyone there especially how they address the elderly there and how they react and respond to their not so good behavior at times. My mom can tend to get a little snappy and sassy - my sisters and I are still learning to cope with that lol! but my mom never fails to tell us how the staff always addresses her with love, and affection and compassion and most importantly patience. She is extremely happy there and I just want to thank Bienvivir and all of the staff there for doing such an outstanding job! You are all so very professional and kind and I could never thank you enough for everything that you do for my mom. The Doctor and the nurses are wonderful and caring and attentive! I really don' know what we would do without you. My sisters and I know my mom is in good hands when she is at Bienvivir - we don't have to worry about her when she is there. Bienvivir communicates with me about every concern that is in regards to mom and I am just enamored by them all. Keep doing what you are doing! You are a blessing to all of us.

We visited Bienvivir All-Inclusive. The staff member that accommodated us was more than helpful and told us all about our options. Even when we didn't ask a question, she would kind of give us information, like, "Oh by the way, we can talk about this and this." So I thought that was good. Their community is clean and very kept up; I didn't see anything out of place and I didn't see things sitting around. It's an active community with a lot of activities going on and they encourage participation.

My Mom is a resident there now , it is a beautiful , clean , quiet facility. We had Mom at another assisted living quarters and when we would go visit her there all she would say is ok lets go home now ,take me home. At Bienvivir, she isn't telling us that she wants to go home, she seems at peace there . The staff is like family, very professional

driving my grandma here was a hassle, i didnt know how far it was, and she most defenitly wanted to go to this one, even though there were some closer to us. the second we arrived here, after a 30 min drive, the air conditioner never felt so good. the staff was also very polite. we recieved a tour of the facilities, and they tried to make me feel more confortable about having my grandma stay there. We where there for a long time, and after we grew hungry and insisted we had to leave, they walked us to the dinning room and offered us to stay for diner with them. Well, by the end of the day, my grandma didn't want to come home with me. I fell in love with the staff, and I felt it was a very caring place. They also had student cna and even they felt very profecional. Bottom line is, I was very pleased and satisfied by this facility, and my grandma was also. Tough it was nearly 30 min away from my house, I felt like it was a safe and secure place, and very beautiful to say the least.
