Country View Living is great. Mother loves it and we have not had any problems so far. Everything is good so everything works great for my mom. She loves the food and has had no problems with it. She has a television in her room. The virus changed things a little bit, but they have a great activities director who makes sure they have plenty of things to do. They also have a channel on the television so that they have daily activities and things that they work through. They're very proactive since they can't do one-on-one and other things now. The staff makes sure that the residents have a packet every day so they have plenty of things to do in their room. They have a very wide hallway so the residents get to some things in the hallway now. I am very happy with them. The staff is wonderful, I have never had issues, and if there is something they take care of immediately. Since we can't visit due to the virus, we see our mother through her beautiful window. The community does everything so that the residents don't feel isolated. They took action right away to impose the lockdown. They have been very wonderful, and the staff has been very awesome. This community is barely a year old so everything is still in excellent condition, and the housekeeping does a wonderful job of taking care of it and keeping it up. It's a small community, but they're also in the process of expanding. It's a beautiful and wonderful place. They also have a nursing staff/on-site nursing, and they have doctors that come in, so it's not completely independent at all. It's a little expensive, but it's very much worth it for the value. It's private pay but they also have Medicaid beds.
