I toured King's Reserve Dallas. It was a good visit. It's a beautiful place with great amenities. They have a lot of options. Everything was very beautiful over there. It was a surprise. The staff members were very informative. They're still building but it's coming along just super. They have cottages and apartments. It's quiet, peaceful, nice, and well-kept.

I toured King's Reserve Dallas, and it was excellent. The main thing I needed to see was whether my wife and I can move around and what kind of living conditions we'd have. It looked like it would work. The staff seemed very nice. They told us about the activities but there really wasn't a whole lot going on when I was there. There's an area for activities, a pool table, and several other things, though.

My grandmother is moving into Serenity Apartments at Dallas. Everything looked really good. They had a lot of green grass, there are trees in the backyard and a dog area. They have a library, a little movie theater, and quite a bit of actual amenities that a lot of different communities didn't have. Utilities are also included and that was a big positive as well. The room layouts are pretty good. I think they have five different floor layouts starting from a studio up to a 2-bedroom. Most of the units have little balconies that are pretty nice looking over the tree lines. They have a full fridge, stoves, dishwashers, storage units, and a pretty spacious bathroom. It's equipped, too, with railings and stuff like that throughout the apartment. It's nice. Mindy, I believe, is the property manager there. She went above and beyond to try and get everything ready for us before we even relocate to the location. She's called their corporate office to try and see if there's anything else she could do for us, and she was able to kind of go out of policy a little bit to kind of help us with this. They have kind of like a room service thing there, but it's an added expense. I believe it's attached to your monthly rent at the end of the month. There are no set meals that they provide for you or anything like that, it's more of "if you want it, you can."

It's a really nice facility, and they feed them really well. It gives my sister a lot more independence to do things on her own. I really like it. She has participated in going out to eat and to the movies, quilting, and arts and crafts. The staff is polite, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds are very nice. It's in a good spot and easy to get to.

I've looked into it. I think it's going to be OK, and we're going to have a nice time there. I like the facilities, and it's very close. The people I've met are very friendly. It would be conducive to what I'm looking for because I'm unable to do a lot of things that are required in the kitchen area. I have gout, and it's hampering me from being efficient. I think I'm going to enjoy it there.

I saw the rooms and apartments here, which were very nice. The people were very nice, as well, and said that I should come and have lunch with them, but I didn’t. Everyone seemed to be in the community center or the fellowship center because some fellowship sessions were going on. The dining area was very clean and very nice. The whole area was very nice.

It was a very friendly and quiet place. The apartments were very nice. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. I was very impressed. They do provide transportation three days in a week to doctor’s appointments and they take the residents to movies, and outings.
