My father has moved into Brookdale White Rock. The facility is pretty clean. It's a small facility, so I feel like the nurses spend a lot of time with the residents. The rooms are pretty spacious. So far, the impression I've got from the staff is really good. Activity-wise, when I was there, I saw them playing bingo. They have a calendar with all the activities. Sometimes, they have movie time, but most of the time when we go there, they're not doing anything. The dining area is very spacious.

I toured Brookdale White Rock and it went very well. The facility was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The rooms and everything else were good in that place. It's strictly for memory care, so they have rooms that are bright and light, and they have a specific room for people who suffer from sundowners syndrome as part of dementia. They also have activity rooms and quiet rooms for those who prefer not to be around other people. The outdoor area is very nice for the residents and it's a very safe community. Juan was terrific. He followed up with me several times and he knew his business. He introduced me to many of the staff members who take care of the residents so it was a very positive experience. I did not try the meal they were serving that day, but it looked very good. It consisted of fish, fresh vegetables, a salad, and dessert, and it all looked homemade.

Brookdale White Rock was excellent. In fact, if we were going to make a decision, this is what we would have chose. I like the layout of the place. They had a courtyard, and everything was neat and clean. I liked the follow up. Even though we were not going to be able to leave my aunt there, they still called with concerns to make sure that she was OK. They also have computer program of activities for the residents.

Brookdale White Rock was very nice. The staff member who assisted me was good, open, and polite. The place was clean and smelled very nice when you went in. They're a very upscale facility. They have a lot of activities and they offer meals.

My mother-in-law is in Brookdale White Rock. I like that it is small, a single story, and a standalone memory care facility. I like that they take the residents out on daytrips and they're able to transport them to and from doctors' appointments. They do bingo and crossword puzzles, have story time, watch movies, and do arts and crafts. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They do everything for them, they do their laundry, and they help them bathe. Everyone's been very nice, welcoming, and very quick to respond when I have an issue that needs to be resolved. It's very well kept. It's one of the more expensive communities, but we get a lot for what we're paying for.

Brookdale White Rock was smaller, but nicer neighborhood. There was lounge, and a living-area that was more appealing. I visited the memory-care building, and it was like the whole building is kind of like a memory-care building. It looked comfortable, and the people looked wealthier. They have good entertainment, and activities going on. The bedrooms were OK; not as bright as the other facility, but they showed us a three-person room. They were a bit more expensive, and they didn’t have a nice courtyard. The staff was very friendly, cordial, nice, and all seemed very helpful. They called me several times on how’s my father is doing.

My mother moved in mid 2015, and our family is very pleased with the Brookdale White Rock staff and the care Mom gets. She is very happy there. The staff does a good job of keeping family in the loop. They are responsive to special requirements.

Mom is at Brookdale White Rock, and I don’t like this facility. When she first went in there, they were putting all kinds of drugs. They don’t watch their residents very well. I have nothing good to say about this facility.

I visited Brookdale White Rock. The visit was very good. The lady there was very informative, and the communications were actually better than when we were at the other facility. It was a very good facility. It probably would have been my choice had I not had other people giving me feedback as well. Other family members were opinionated about it. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly, and it seemed like a family environment.

The staff at Brookdale White Rock when I had my visit there was very good. The rooms were like excellent motel rooms, and they weren't just a closet. I know they have activities like card games, checkers, and chess.

I looked at Emeritus at Stonebridge and the facility was nice and clean. I know they remodeled the place and to me it looked beautiful. The people who worked there were very, very good. They were able to help me a lot, so they were excellent.

Emeritus facilities were clean. The people were very friendly. The prices were comparable to the other facilities in the area. I would recommend people to definitely check it out.

My parent has been at emeritus for several years. I have typically been satisfied over the years but this past year have been overjoyed and proud to have my family living with such kind and respectful staff. The care is excellent and the community is clean and warm. Thank you Stonebridge Emeritus!

The residents seem to be well taken care of and the staff was very friendly. My great grandmother never had any complaints about the staff and even seemed to have somewhat of a good relationship with some of the nurses working at the facility. I don't recall any problems moving her in or hearing about any mistreatment twoards her. Overall I would say that Emeritus at Stonebridge is a good assisted living service.

I just moved my Mom in last Friday and it went very smoothly. I left with a great deal of confidence that it was the right facility for her. As we were settling up her room, the staff immediately engaged her in activities - she barely said good-bye to us. I checked on her twice over the weekend and they were happy to report that her transition was going smoothly. Thanks to all of the staff for all that you do!
