We went to Spring Cypress Phase II. They are building new buildings, and at least one is independent living, but that would be available early next year. It was fine but it was also quite expensive. They have a few independent cottages and little duplexes which are very expensive. They're like 200 or 300 yards away from the amenities. And it's all outside, you go up and down the street to get to it. And in fact, supposedly the way they were talking. If we were in the cottages at the moment, which is independent living, we couldn't even go to the building that is assisted living. It was clean. We got one lady that took us around. We had an appointment, but when we got there, they didn't have our name, but we managed to get a lady who showed us around. They were not set up to feed us lunch but they said if we wanted to come back any other day, we had to call in and set up the time when they would cover us for lunch or dinner.
