My parents were residents in Assisted Living facilities until dad passed away my mom needed Memory Care. Mother is 98 years old and has been at Lewis Park Estates for over seven years. I would never move her from this facility. The staff has been professional and most helpful in anyway necessary to make mother's stay a good one. Our family is always greeted warmly, and the administrative staff makes themselves available for any questions concerning mother that we might not be knowledgeable about ourselves.

Lewis Park Estates Senior Living was expensive. The apartments were clean. It's just kind of far from my doctors and I don't like apartment living. The staff was very professional. It was nice and well-maintained.

My mom is at Lewis Park Estates Senior Living. She has been there for over two weeks now. The employees are very, very nice. They were forthcoming with all the information that I asked for. They answered every question I had written down. They took the time to sit down and explain everything that was going on at that facility. My mom's room is very nice. They are under new management, so they're remodeling all the rooms. If someone moves out, then before somebody else moves in, they remodel it and are putting down nice tile floors. They were getting ready to do the one that my mother is in, but because we needed to move in so quickly, they left the carpet in hers. They've got bingo, they've got movies with snacks, and they've got all kinds of crafts. They come by and ask them if they would like to come down and participate. To me, they're on top of everything as far as trying to encourage each resident to come out and participate so that they're not sitting in their rooms all day long. I have eaten there twice now with my mom, and the food is excellent. Very nice food. If there's something that you don't like, like one day they had liver and onions, and my mother told them, 'I don't eat that.' And they said, 'Well, what would you like us to fix you?' And she's had a hamburger. They went and fixed a hamburger because she didn't like what was on the main menu. They also fixed her grilled cheese one day. She says everything is just excellent. They are very, very good there. The chef comes out of the kitchen after the food is served and asks how everything is. She makes some of the best homemade rolls and so everything is very good. The aides are so nice about coming around every little bit, checking on the residents. They have a buzzer that they wear around their neck, and so my mother will press that, and they'll come down with just in a few minutes and help or move her from her recliner to her wheelchair just to make sure she doesn't fall. They're all very nice and very polite. They are remodeling almost everything there. They have a good many brand new staff members, and so everybody that's coming to work there is just really doing a great job. The hallways are nice and clean. It smells clean when you walk in. Everybody's very friendly. My mother likes some activities. She enjoys everything that they've done. I think it's a very good value for the money because where she was at, we're still paying about the same, but she gets a little bit more care. They're very attentive to her, her needs and everything. Everybody has been so nice there.

My grandmother is at Lewis Park Estates, and she is so happy there. This place has turned around 100% with new management in the building. Every time we go and visit my grandmother, everyone is so lovely and loving, and you can tell that she is cared for. The Memory Care Director is the best, and they have a new competent nurse and care coordinator that’s caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. Also, the food has improved so much with the new chef. One year ago, my review would have been much different; however, we are satisfied with the recent changes. I want to let the entire staff know how much my family appreciates all they do.

I visited the facility and had quite a bit of interaction with the leasing agent Amber. She was very friendly without being pushy, knowledgable, and empathetic to my mother's situation. Of the many facilities I visited, this one offered the most for the money. I am not yet ready to move my mother, but Lewis is at the top of my list when I do.

We have chosen Lewis Park Estates Senior Living for my stepdad. They were very caring and it's a safe, appropriate place for him to go. The staff was almost like family members, with the familiarity with people's names and situations. I was in the dining facilities, and it smelled so good, but I didn't eat anything. The layout of the place is homey and comfortable. There were common areas where they could play cards and watch TV. They have field trips and out-of-the-facility activities that vary between different things.

Don’t have enough care givers, no Executive Director or any Director. The food is very lacking. Serving size is good for a kid. Activity director does not provide activities but bingo. No trips to stores, restaurants, etc. No variety in food pork or ham daily at least one to two meals. Patients screaming and Cushing in hallways nothing is done. Several times I have been skipped for a meal. What else can I say!!!

It’s a down-home, small town feel, friendly community that truly makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Staff is friendly and you can see the compassion they have for the residents, which is huge! The Med techs are knowledgeable and responsible in their field and I always knew I could count on them when I had a question. Everyone jumps in to help each other and the residents treat each other like family.

It is very nice. The staff member who helped me was very nice. They have crafts, bingo, TV and movie nights, and exercises. I think it's all good for people who are able to function at that level. The place was clean, friendly, and seemed secure.

We liked it a lot. However, they didn't have the type of room that we needed. My mother stayed there for a month. We were very pleased with the staff. They were kind to my mother and very good about changing her; like every two hours, someone would come in and check on her. That's very rare. The food looked good, too. I know they had activities, but my mother didn't really participate. The residents all looked happy and looked like they're enjoying themselves.

When we walk in, a lady sitting at the front desk greets us and wants to know our business. That is nice that people cannot just walk in there. She is very nice and tells us where my mother-in-law’s sister lives. We have to sign in and sign out when you leave. They are very specific about that. It is all on one level. We have a self-guided tour, but the lady did offer to show us around after lunch when it is very quiet. The place is very clean and smells good. The schedule of activities include bingo, church services, and Catholic communion. It looks like they were ready to do some crafts when we are there. So, there are a lot of activities, but if residents cannot do something, they do not have to do it. If I am not mistaken, that place is shaped like a horse. There is a little sitting or living area and rooms on the left and right sides. The room that her sister lives in is like a studio. They call is a one-bedroom, but that is not what I will call a one-bedroom. It is well painted, and she has her own furniture. For one person, that is all she needs. She has her bed, her television, and a recliner chair.

We wound up using them. The people are very nice, which is the most important thing. They seem to be sincere about taking care of my wife. They have a varied menu with nice options. Everything looked nice and what we needed. It was all clean and presentable and everything looked good. When visiting, everybody puts on a good face because they want you to use their facility, but even when we went back and met some of the other people, everybody seemed to be sincere about wanting to help and in their interest in taking care of people. The people there make me feel like Eloise is in good hands.

I did visit for my father. It was a nice place. It was a bit smaller than some of the other facility. The rooms were all in a single floor. There was a small dining area, not a restaurant style. There were a dozen tables, and the meals were brought to them from the kitchen, which was across the hall. They did have an activity calendar, e.g., crafts, boards, and games, and then they have established trips for the people to do things, like to a mall, and to grocery shopping. Rooms were primarily studios. There was a small sink, a microwave, and, of course, a full bath, and basically enough room for a bed and a chair.

Everything is good. They play bingo and puzzles. My relative is in memory care, and the security is all good. The food is also very good.

My father is here, and it is absolutely wonderful. It is very clean. Our experience has been great all along. He's been there for two years. It is a nice facility, but the staff makes the difference. They really attend to the resident's need and look after their safety. The food is OK -- not restaurant food -- but it is nutritious. They have activities all the time. They have people who come in, and they have sing alongs, play bingo, and go shopping. They have activities all the time.

It is small, and it has a good rating. Everybody has been really nice and helpful. Everything is really nice. She is doing really well. They do shopping. They go to out to lunch once a week. They have people come in and do church services. They have people and speak on different medical topics and health issues. The food is very good. The dining area is set up like a restaurant. The place is very homey. I will recommend it.

It was very neat and nice on the outside. It does not look really homey, and it was more like an office building to me. When you go inside, it changes. It was more homey once inside.

It was in a very nice neighborhood. It was a locked down facility for patients with Alzheimers' so they wouldn't wander off. They had very nice people. Everything was good. The rooms and the recreation were fine. They were nice. They had activities like watching TV and playing dominoes. It seemed like a really nice place.

My dad selected here because he likes the facility. He likes it because it was small and simple. It had enough activities and the environment is happy. I was generally pleased with the way that they treated my dad and the way that they talk to me.
