My mother-in-law has been in Carriage Inn - Conroe for over a year now, and she's very happy there. All the staff members are very caring. It's very clean and safe. The chef and his helpers prepare wonderful meals. It's a lovely little location. It's serene and after a year of observing my mother-in-law there, we are 100% happy with her living there. Once COVID was over, they have a van where they take them on outings to different places and churches. There are several things that they can go off location and stimulating like a tourist. They also will have transportation to take the residents to local dentists and doctors. They have transportation to also just privately take them if they want to go shopping or something like that. Inhouse, they have an activities coordinator and she keeps them busy with all kinds of stuff. They have bingo where they get prizes if they win. They have a senior version of volleyball and they do that with pool noodles and balloons. Every Friday, they have a happy hour and they have a musician playing and singing and wine is served. With their meals, they can get wine on demand as well. They submit their crafts that they do to be judged. They have an antique car truck show onsite once a year. Every holiday is a big-themed holiday there, so if it's Easter, it's Easter eggs, if it's the 4th of July, it's patriotism, and the whole staff joins in with the residents. They're always engaging their residents with fun stuff. There's a laundry room on site, so if the residents choose to do their own laundry, it's free or they can pay $5 a load and the staff do their laundry for them and fold it or hang it up and bring it to them. The chef county has been there for many, many years and it's like his mission, so he takes it very seriously. They offer a variety of food. It's ala carte, and they choose every day, and the menu changes.

We toured Carriage Inn - Conroe. It's a perfectly nice, decent, clean, well-run home. The staff was very professional, attentive, and courteous. Their patio is adequate for senior living. The size and features were very acceptable and the rooms are very nice.

Carriage Inn-Conroe is apartment living. I've never liked apartments, but their neighborhood is a very good one. Patsy was very helpful. She even gave us some questions to think about. The facility was on a quiet street, not too far off of a very busy street. It was very clean and the facilities looked like they were well maintained. We passed a few of the staff and they also acknowledged us and said hello. Patsy was very helpful and very kind. She gave us things to think about. She was very, very personable and very lively. I just can't afford it.

We went on a tour of Carriage Inn Conroe, and we liked it. It was really nice. It was just a matter of how much money it would cost us. We had a nice time. I wish I had enough money to be there. It was beautifully detailed with modern decor, and what they have to offer is quite nice. Their rooms were a little small, but when you get to that point you don't need a lot. Everything was right there. You don't need to really have all that anyway. The person who gave the tour was so nice. Their dining area was nice and smelled so good, but we didn't stay for any food. They have everything. They have an exercise area. They have all the games or tools to have games. It was just quite nice. It was located in a decent area.

My grandmother is on the waiting list at Carriage Inn - Conroe. We chose it mostly because of the staff and the residents. It just seemed like it was more family-friendly, like it truly was a family. You could see that there was care there. Everybody knew each other, everyone was smiling, everybody knew their names, and it just seemed like a small caring community. I thought everything was nice. It was open. There were lots of activities. They have a big garden and a courtyard, a salon, an ice cream parlor, and a nice dining area. They have outings. There's transport to take them shopping.

Our overall experience with Carriage Inn-Conroe was very good. It's a very nice place with a very caring staff. They gave us a tour of the facilities. We got to see the different sized rooms and they were spacious and very well done. It's up to each person to decorate things. They had a cafeteria and all the amenities that they needed. I think my friend was very impressed as well. The facilities were very well maintained and it was just a nice experience. I had an interview with the director of the facility before we left, which was very nice to meet them, and it was a great, great experience. It's a very nice place.

It is a wonderful place for my mother-in-law, but she needs a little more now. It's a beautiful place. We have somebody employed to go there and be with her every day; they don't offer that. It is just a wonderful place, the food is good, and the activities are super. It's always clean. They've hardly had any COVID; they've managed that well. Beautiful rooms. They have a place where they go outside where they can have a cocktail every once in a while, they have volleyball where they use balloons and they have bowling on TV and all kinds of things like that. They're very, very nice people that run it.

Visited facility with my mother. Very impressed by staff, friendly residents, food, covid policies, busy activities & overall appearance / cleanliness. Despite covid-19, residents seemed happy & active (while careful). We haven't yet decided if this will be our choice but highly recommend others give them a look. Only drawback was no washer / dryer available in rooms (self serve washeteria or service available instead)

I've been living here since December. The properties are very nice, I really enjoyed my apartment, and everybody here is really friendly. They have ice cream socials, movie nights, bingo, domino, and happy hour once in a while. A band comes in and plays, and they've got buses. They have 3 free meals a day, the food is very good, they do not cater to special diets, and the dining room is very nice. They accept pets.

It is outstanding! The staff excel in all that they do and have far exceeded our expectations. They truly care about the residents AND their families. My grandmother is a current resident and her life has been transformed by living at the Carriage Inn. Her health and happiness have improved tremendously and I attribute it to her moving to the Carriage Inn. The food, service, and activities are top-notch which is a complete reflection of the care and commitment each employee has to the residents!

I was extremely impressed when visiting the facility. I watched how the staff knew all the names of each person and treated them with the highest respect. The facility made me feel like home and they provided many activities for the members to enjoy.

It is an excellent facility with highly caring caregivers, employees and administrative staff. I've attended several events at this facility and spoken to the residents. The residents are very happy with their choice of living and the people who assist in their care. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a home away from home.

It was a wonderful place. My friend would've been perfectly happy there. Their meals were great. They have a choice of what they want. They took us to see the rooms. One was a little apartment that had a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a little kitchen, and it was really nice. The people were just as nice as they could be, and they were very active. They have things for them to do every single day. If I could afford it, I'd move in there myself. It was great. It was really very nice inside. The people greet you and take you around. They gave us lunch and they showed us all around and told us what they do. It's a beautiful place. We saw the library and there were people sitting in there, and there were people walking up and down the halls. They have games, they take the residents to different places, they have dance nights, all kinds of things. I have known people that have lived there and they have loved it. The staff was great. They have a great chef. If you want the food fried, they fry it, if you want it baked, they bake it. You can have baked chicken, salad, fries, or baked potatoes. They had good choices. It's like restaurant food and it's excellent.

My dad lived here for about a year. I can't say enough good things about Carriage Inn-Conroe. Everyone from the front desk, to kitchen staff, to housekeeping, to maintenance treated my dad like family. His well-being was always first. Unfortunately my dad is unable to care for himself and we had to move him to an assisted living.

We really liked the atmosphere of it, and we loved the people, but the apartments were very small. The staff was great.

It is in close proximity to my home. The staff seems to be fine. I don't have any problems. My mother has a studio apartment and it comes with absolutely everything. She has a device to wear around her neck if she falls. She has maid service once a week. It is very nice. The room isn't really spacious; it is a bit cramped. She had something bigger than that, so that part has been a little tough on her, but she is doing fine. They provide three meals a day and my mother loves the food.
