My mom is in Cleveland Health Care Center. So far, it's a bit of a nightmare because they had a couple members of the staff that test positive for COVID, and they've had several patients now test positive for COVID. So far, my mother's negative, they're testing their patients everyday, and my mother has been negative everyday, and they're keeping everyone in isolation. But that's the only issue that I'm having with the place right now, that they're having a COVID outbreak. They're all wonderful, we really loved 'em, it's really the first time my mother's in there. She's in a shared room; it's nice, it's got 2 beds, and the dressers, and the closet where you can hang up clothes, and they have their own bathroom. It's been more like a hospital room if you wanna know the truth, but it's nice. Normally, they have a full schedule, and they try to keep everyone busy with activities every day, but right now they're on lock down. My mother doesn't complain about the food. It's nice and a peaceful environment, it looks more a home in there than the hospital, and that helps. The regular staff I would rate a 5, the only time they've had issues lately is because they're short handed, and they've been having to take in the temporary workers, and the temps I wouldn't rate very high, maybe a 2.

my experience with the facility was legitimate the facility was very clean to the restrooms to the living area,to the peoples rooms.the staff could do some improvement to make the facility better but overall its a legitimate facility to live in as far as living conditions, the food overall is decent.the only problem i see with the place is the location its right next to a busy street and at times can be very loud and im sure the elderly would like it to be a bit quieter.there are also some other areas it could improve as far as the activities they do there i believe it would be a lot better if they did more activities other than board games, card games, and TV.i think it would be more healthy if they did more physical stuff maybe some croquet or a little walking exercises to who ever is physically able to do such activities.
