Very poorly staffed, not clean and presentable to the public. On the day I visited, one of the bathrooms had fluids from a dirty diaper. This place had a strong smell of urine and feces, residents were left unsupervised during an activity, Activity Director was hiding out in her office. During the activity, two residents got into a verbal altercation, nurses were notified but did nothing to stop it, call light buzzers were constantly going off but nurses were outside smoking.

This facility is very poorly staffed, nurses are very slow in responding to resident needs. I was there not too long ago for a special event and residents were left unsupervised while the event was going on, two residents got into a verbal and almost physical altercation, nurses were notified but did nothing to stop it, which made the other residents uncomfortable and very unhappy; in fact, I saw very few smiles on faces. The Activity Director was absent and her two assistants left when the event started, I feel this facility is lacking motivation to get residents to participate in activities. The past 3 times I visited this place, it has had a strong odor of urine and feces and call lights are constantly going off. A resident was needing to go to bed and when it was brought to a nurse's attention, the nurse groaned and complained. Almost every time someone tries to get a nurse to help out, they're always taking a smoke break.
