My mother-in-law is here. The first 30 days are always the hardest for them to adjust to a new environment, but she's getting better there. We chose this place because it's all memory care, and the staff-to-patient ratio was 5:1. Her room is furnished, and it's nice. The dining area was clean and looks just like a restaurant setting where you just go into a table of four and sit down. They have an entertainment coordinator and they have courtyards that they can go out into, and they have TV viewing rooms that they can go into. So they stay busy. They have three outdoor spaces. They were very nice.

I toured the facility for my mom, and they were all very nice. They had just a sink and a toilet in the bathroom in the apartment, and then the shower was in a community shower type area. The maintenance, cleanliness, and conditions were fine. For activities they had a very nice, and very colorful laminated calendar that they'd post up on the bulletin board. It had activities listed. I kind of looked at it, and it looked like they were going to have some activities for the residents.
