This facility is great if your family member is completely independent. If they are in need of transferring from a wheel chair to bed or bed to wheel chair, or any other kind of transfer, I would not use this place. The nurse will claim a higher level of care for the resident and will not allow her caregivers to move them. This results in them staying in the bed EXCEPT when the nurse is present. We had a great experience until our family member declined and then they were stuck in their bed when the nurse wasn’t present(all weekend and weekdays that she wasn’t there). Upon another evaluation, we discovered that our family member could easily be transferred with two caregivers and one small person was able to transfer alone as well. They are paid to do their job and it’s sad that they ask residents to leave because they refuse to do their job of being able to transfer them.

My mother will move into here. It is immaculate as far as cleanliness goes, and there are so many different things going on for the people there. They said the food is fantastic. I have already been in her room, and it's immaculate, and the whole place smells clean, too. Even the hallways are shampooed, and the carpets are washed. The person who gave me the tour was incredible, as well as the nurse and the director. I called and they called me right back. I asked a question and they found an answer for me. They have just been just great. They contacted me to ask what her preferred snacks are. They were all eating at one of the times I went there, and the dining room was full, and everybody was talking, so it just seemed like a really happy place. I'm very excited for my mom to move in there. They have quite a few physical activities. They have chair yoga, and they have walking every day where they walk to different parts of the place. They have a TV room, a library, a card room, a courtyard in the middle, and a garden the residents tend to if they want to. They have a lot of special events. We had snow the other day and the residents were outside having a snowball fight, and I thought that was cute.

It was all nice, clean, and new looking. They're really welcoming. We looked at an apartment with a kitchenette. It was nice and had all the amenities needed for daily living. The staff was more than helpful to answer any questions. They had a garden, a computer, and a game area and an activity area.

It was smaller and family-oriented. The staff was really nice. They had a little higher level of care available. I saw a studio apartment. It was not really spacious, but it was decent.
