My wife is in a nursing home called Bluebonnet Point Wellness in Bullard. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and attentive. They have a physical training area and various activities. I'm not sure of all the things they have but my wife is not able to move around by herself, so she has not participated in much of that. Her room is nice. It's equipped with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. They seem to be very caring and forthright in their evaluations and opinions.

Bluebonnet Point Wellness is a horrible and horrific place to be. The Leadership was absent and would only text with the one nurse that helped. Transferred my mom by ambulance from Henderson to their so-called nursing home called Bluebonnet Point Wellness in Bullard, Texas. Mom was transferred at 1:00 a.m. to Bluebonnet Point Wellness in Bullard, Texas. I walked in at around 11:30 a.m. today and heard my mom hollering and begging for help walking down the hall. I walked into my mom's room and immediately saw her crying and literally begging God to help her. I asked Mom what was wrong and she replied, "I've been begging for someone to help me since early this morning and they only came in to give me my medication. I asked them to call my son and they said they would". I'm telling you that they never called me. I saw urine dripping from her mattress and her pull-up was so wet and full of water that it was gelled completely. She told me she wasn't allowed her air mattress for bed sores, and was also told she couldn't have her CPAP. My mom asked one nurse to please change her and change her bed sheets because they were soaked in urine. The nurse replied she couldn't help her because her helper had gone to the grocery store. To top it all off, when I very first got there they didn't even have a record of mom being there. So I had to call 911 myself to get help. The ambulance arrived and took her to Trinity Mother Francis ER and they said she had a couple of different infections and was dehydrated and bursting with fluid. So now she has to be admitted to the hospital. So I'm giving Bluebonnet Point Wellness a rating of NEGATIVE RATING OF NEGATIVE - 10 STARS.
