We have an aunt who is in Stagecoach Rehabilitation. She doesn't like the food a whole lot, but she eats it everyday. They do have some activities like bingo and shopping expeditions, and they have churches that come singing and various things. Some of the staff are nicer and friendlier than others, but none of them has ever been rude.

We choose this facility due to the fact it was close to our home and, when searching for reviews, the government entity which gave information on the facility rated it very high. We were extremely disappointed in the care of our family member and treatment of us when we tried to intervene in her care. They decided it was better to overmedicate with blood pressure drugs than to attend to her needs to be vocal and social. When we inquired about the medications they told us the doctor was aware of the number of medications she was taking for her blood pressure and was very much in approval. When we discharged her and moved her to another location we found out she had been taking four different blood pressure medications when two would have been enough to take care of that health issue. This all happened because they were understaffed and they found her wandering around outside, talking to employees who were outside smoking. The door, which was supposedly alarmed, was propped open and the alarm disabled so the employees could come and go as they pleased. Not a good facility in which to entrust the care of a loved one.
