My wife has been there a few months (due to a Cracked Tailbone), and I think the place is nice. She hasn't had any problems that she has told me, and the staff is nice to me when I go there. She is in a Semi-Private room and her roommate is nice. I haven't been in the Rehabilitation part of the home "Yet"., but I have participated in the reviews of her stay there, and I think they have a good staff to take care of her.

I went to visit a friend a few months ago. It was clean and she was very happy with everything there. It smelled good, she was happy there and said the staff was very good to help when she needed it. She also liked the rehabilitation services that were provided for her.

Major negligence by inexperienced, uncaring staff. Atmophere does not promote healing or well-being. The place is dirty and disorganized. The staff is loud and uncaring. Be careful if you send your loved-one there.

Room smelled terrible. Nursing to patient ratio was not adequate. Did not find the staff to be compassionate. Bed was not cleaned.

This was an excellent place for my husband's rehab after triple bypass surgery. Everyone was kind and caring to him. They treated him like a king!

The staff has been very friendly and helpful to my grandmother thus far. They are making her comfortable in her new place. The staff has been very professional towards not only my grandmother, but to our family and has helped ease the transition from her home to a nursing facility. Since her memory is rapidly declining, the change has been difficult for her, but she is making the best of the situation. The facilities are modern and clean. They provide 24 hour care for her and take precautions with her diet and medications. It is also fairly close to the hospital in case of an emergency. They also work with her Medicare and secondary insurance well. There is plenty of staff to take care of the 100 or so rooms that are at the facilities. I have nothing but good and positive opinions of Park Highlands so far.
