Mom moved to Arlington Plaza. She hasn't had any help yet, as far as someone to show her the ropes, about what's going on or when it's going on. She hasn't had her trash taken out in four days. The people are super nice. They're helpful if you can catch them. There are only three main characters because it is an active senior living. They're supposed to be able to go and do it on their own. It's an old place, but it's been taken care of. There are things about it that should be updated and they say they're going to get a remodel in the first year. They're the new owner and it's just very recent, like three weeks, so even the residents are apprehensive as to what's going to take place, but I had lunch with Mom and it was a good lunch. It took everybody who worked there to serve lunch to those people. Mom has a 390 square-feet-studio. She has a balcony and it's on the first level. It's clean but she had some plumbing problems, but again, it's old and they're doing construction out in front of it. It's clean. There's a new carpet, which old people don't need, but other than that, it doesn't have any weird smells. It smells fresh. They have hallway purifiers going. So, that helps with the residents, those that have a hard time breathing. It seems to be a pretty active community. They have a recreational room, dining upstairs, laundry rooms on each end, and a kitchen that they can participate in and cook if they want to (but my mom's room has a kitchenette in it, so she doesn't need to do that). In the rooms that we visited, there were three different types, a one bedroom, a two-bedroom, and a studio, they all had kitchenettes and everything but a stove.

I visited Arlington Plaza. That place is totally out of the question. It was $1,200 a month. The room was so tiny. There was only enough room for a couch, a TV, and maybe a dresser. They didn't have a little kitchenette, and the closet was so tiny that it was only big enough for like a week's worth of clothes. Also, in the entryway, I noticed that the carpet needed to be swept really, really badly. That was a turnoff for me, too. The staff is very friendly though.

I went to look at Arlington Plaza. It was so hard to get to because my GPS took me to the street that was torn up, and there was a big truck, so I had to detour to get to the street. It took me forever to find it, and I didn't have a number to call. I kept on driving until my GPS finally figured out another way. And when I finally got to the other end of the street, it was all torn up too. It is a total mess over there right now. This would probably not be a good time to send people over there. But it was a nice little place. The people were nice. It smelled good, and that's always an important thing for me. The staff was nice. From where I walked in, I saw a little seating area. The staff said they do art classes there. The facility was clean. There was a little filling station and a convenience store on the little road that went up to it. It's kind of by the lake and in a subdivision.

I have chosen Arlington Plaza. I like the price. The person that was there was nice. They had a refrigerator in the apartment. They have a kitchen, but they supply your meals and stuff. It's not for everybody, but it works for me. They provide three meals a day. They have an exercise room. They have a balcony in each apartment.

Arlington Plaza is nice and cozy. I have a cousin that lives there already, so we were looking at an apartment across from them. The staff was very nice. They have a salon. They have a back porch. They have a parking garage. It's very crowded. The surroundings are very crowded. There's limited parking if you're not parking in the parking garage. In terms of location there is a grocery store, a strip mall, and lots of restaurants.

I looked at Arlington Plaza. The people seemed nice. It's big and there's lots to do. The least thing that I liked about it was the building. It was in degraded condition. I know that they were doing some renovations, but in the end, they needed a lot of work. Everybody I talked to was very nice. They had some community rooms and they did activities in them. The sizes of the rooms were fine. They were on par with the building. The things that I saw were clean.

My brother was in Arlington Plaza. It was very nice and comfortable, and he seemed to get along there. The patrons there were very friendly with him. He was only there about a week or two because then he had to go to the hospital and he's still in the hospital. His room was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is that when he got there, they didn't give him a life alert. It's something that they put around their neck to warn them if they fall. It calls for help. He ended up having to go to the hospital. He fell, and he called me and asked me to call them and tell them to come get him. They never did give him that life-alert necklace, but they told us that they would, so that caused some problems. We had a meal there with him and it was very good. He wasn't there long enough to get involved in any activities. It was very clean. The dining area was very clean, well-kept, and inviting. The tables were set nicely and the food was served. They gave you a choice of what you would want to eat and it's real, real nice and comfortable. We got a virtual visit when we first talked to them. They wanted us to come that day and we couldn't come. The people we talked to that day weren't there the next day. It changed hands the next day. A different corporation had bought it, so they didn't have any of my brother's records. I'm pretty sure the lady we talked to knew that it was not going to be the same the next day, but she never mentioned it. As far as my brother being treated the way he was treated and all that, it didn't affect it. We took him shopping and we took one of the other ladies that was there. We were going to go the next week also, but before that, he called us and told us that three people had come down with COVID. So we didn't go back. The next day he called us and said that ten more had come down with COVID.

I enjoy living here. Staff and residents are like family. Staff always makes sure we can come to them any time we need help or just to visit. I will live here until I can't.

The staff I met were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions. I was pleased with the community and its layout. I was impressed with the safety steps Arlington Plaza has to keep the residents safe with Covid! I loved its homey feel. It was clean. Has a coming home feel. I will recommend Arlington Plaza to anyone looking for a community.

We had a very good experience at Arlington Plaza. The living atmosphere was wonderful. I have no complaints. The residents were nice and they make you feel welcome. If I had the money I would want my mother to live there. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, and answered any questions we asked. Everything looked great. We watched an activity going on and it was very neat.

I visited Arlington Plaza, and the visit went very well. They do not have many activities, but they have arts and crafts, and they serve three meals. They showed us a studio, and a 1-bedroom, and it was very adequate. The staff was well-informed, very thorough, and very professional.

My husband and I moved into Arlington Plaza. The staff is really friendly. The location is good, not busy, and is pretty easy. They have games and different things and they have garage parking. They have pretty good-sized rooms and it's not claustrophobic.

Arlington Plaza is a nice community, but the buildings are a little bit older. They have front porches, which my mom loves.

I visited my mom in Arlington Plaza and it's wonderful. My mom's room is setup really nice. She loves it. They have songs, country clubs, they do Bingo, they have St. Patrick's day party, and casinos. There's exercise, theater, pharmacy, bank and hair salon. The staff is very nice and their service is wonderful.

I visited Arlington Plaza. They were very friendly and kind and acted like you’re their friend that could sit down and talk with for half the day. The living quarters were more spacious. They have little patios or sitting areas outside your room, which I liked. They were all very nice and clean. The dining room was very open and spacious. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to enjoy visiting with each other. I think I could be friends with the lady who introduced me to the place and took me around to the different activities and things to do.

My mom has been in Arlington Plaza for almost a year and is doing very well. It’s a very nice, little, two-story place. The staff treats us very well. They have exercises and bring in people for church services and all kinds of different things. They have very good food and provide all three meals. They do a very good job.

I would have chosen Arlington Plaza over the other place I visited; although it was an older building, and it was not as fancy. However, it was very clean. It was very roomy to walk through. I had to walk with assistance, but I had no problems getting around in there. They had an exercise area as well as a TV room. They had a generalized open area. The dining area was upstairs, and a little further back; but it was very easy to get around. It was very well laid out. All of the servers who were there made, to my knowledge, extra efforts to make sure that I had everything that I wanted. If they did not have it, they looked at what they did have, and checked with the chef.

We liked Arlington Plaza, but she needs more care than they are able to give her. We liked it,, and she liked it, but it is a senior living place, and she needs more care. It is more or less living on her own at an apartment, and she needs more than that. She needs to be checked on a lot more than that. My husband and I liked the place and the staff. We liked the people we met. She liked it too, but once she got away from there, she just doesn't want to leave home. I took her up there, we ate lunch, and it was very nice. The people were friendly, and the food was good. If we were in that kind of situation, we would have both liked it. The room she had picked up was really nice. It was roomy and fine.

My sister is in Arlington Plaza, and the staff is very helpful there. The rooms are very nice; they have efficiency apartments so you can just make your choice of what size you can afford. The food and dining were very good. They have a nice selection, and they have a chef. They have a variety of activities, and they take the people out to eat. They have managers all the time, and they also allow homecare to come into the home.

I am at Arlington Plaza, and I like this facility. I like the people. We have an exercise room and a pool. We play cards, dominos, anything you want to play. They have quite a bit of entertainment coming in. They also have a bus that takes you to anywhere you need to go. It's a really nice place.
