My mom is a resident of Plum Creek Place and the experience has been extremely positive. When we took mother there we liked that she was comfortable there. It was vey nice and not too fussy or too over the top. It was just a comfortable place for her to be. I did not try the food, but Mom loves it. They have the dining, activities, and an activity room, but during COVID they are bringing some of the activities to them, and they have a courtyard. Plum Creek has, and this is something that we were interested in for mother, the front door is locked all the time and the family can decide whether the resident gets the code to leave or not. So, we think it was a safer place for mother so she cannot just wander around.

I went to Trustwell Living at Palm Creek Place. Everyone was nice and friendly and the residents looked happy. The rooms were very clean and looked like they'd be big enough for what you would need. I toured a studio. It would be enough for a bed, a recliner, and easy access for my mom with walk-in showers. It was a very nice facility. Besides all the care, they have a beauty shop, crafting days, and other activities for the residents. And then they have 24-hour nursing staff and a little pendant that they give to the people. The dining room was nice. They had big fluffy chairs and tables, and they said the residents could come out there in their wheelchairs or they could have meals in their room. But they try to get them all out of their rooms to socialize.

I toured Trustwell Living at Plum Creek Place. I especially liked the lady that I talked with. I think it had to do too with the place. The room that was available at the time would have been the best fit for him. The other two places I looked at were all nice, and obviously, the person who you get to tour with is very nice and helpful. But what was available, I didn't feel like was good for him. The one I looked at was like a studio, and it has a little kitchenette and a bathroom, so it's kind of like just one big room. The person who gave the tour was very kind and understood how difficult this is to go through, trying to place your parents somewhere. I'd just say her kindness is what matters a lot. She truly, truly listened to me.

I toured Plum Creek Place and it was OK. They didn't have a place for them to have any physical activities for strengthening or anything like that. It all had to be done by a home health agency. It was an older facility, but it was adequate. They had crafts and puzzles, and other activities. The dining area was nice.

I visited Plum Creek Place. I liked the helpfulness of the lady that I met with, the cleanliness, and the quiet environment. I didn't see anything they needed to improve. The staff was very helpful, very informative, and pleasant. It was a real nice room that I viewed. It was very comfortable and good sized. It would just be perfect for my brother. It's fairly close to the hospitals.

My mom is in Plum Creek Place. Emily was amazing to work with; she made it really easy. It was a nice transition, it's very clean, there are nice people, and my mom seems to be very happy there. She has a studio, and when she moved in it had new carpeting, it had been freshly painted, and it was spotless. It's a very nice, very nice facility. She seems to really enjoy the food, and she likes the fact that they have a full time activities director, so they keep her busy. They would come to the room and invite her to join the activities, and she likes that.

Plum Creek Place was very nice. I liked that it's all one level, and she has easy access to smoking, but the room layout was not good. The people were very friendly.

Plum Creek Place is a nice and clean facility with friendly staff. That is why we chose this place for my father. He has been there a month already, and I have been happy with it. For the most part, with regard to the food, my dad says he is happy with it. They always give him options. They have an activity schedule for the residents that keeps them active every day.

The staff’s working attitude was great. I was pleasantly surprised that they were all nice. I can see that they are really helping and caring toward the residents, which means a lot. The rooms were all clean.

My ex-husband loves it. They've got great rooms, brand new furniture, and very nice dining area. They play bingo, they have movie nights, and they have exercises. It has a great atmosphere. Everybody's really nice, and they treat him very nicely -- they treat him like a king. If he wants more to eat or if he wants something else, they get it for him. I've eaten there, and it was fine. When he first moved in there, he wasn't too happy about it, but now it's a lot better. He has been there nearly three months now. You can go out and sit in the gardens, and you can have a pet if you want to. It's a pretty place, it's inviting, and it's very well decorated with flowers. It looks like a cottage home.
