We toured, and everything just seemed like they knew what they were doing. It was professional. It was activity driven, but still personal to each individual person. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Everything was great.

We toured and it would be a wonderful place for anyone but it was a little expensive for us. We liked the personality and the care of the staff, it was very good. The rooms are very nice. The Reserve was the best place we visited, and it's right across the street from our house. We would have loved to have it but it's expensive.

It is fine. They have very good people and they seem to take care of everybody. My wife has a single room with a bath, and it was already furnished. So, I didn't have to drag furniture around. They were kind enough to come and pick her up. I didn't have to take her there. They're much more accommodating than the others. It's an outstanding facility and the level of care seems to be excellent. They sent me a short video clip, and my wife seems to be doing well. There are a lot of activities for the memory care residents throughout the day that seem to be trying to engage them. It's outstanding. The dining area is very nicely arranged with multiple tables for four and as I understand, they have an excellent cook. They play games, they have gatherings, and there are multiple TVs in a couple of rooms. So, there's plenty for them to do. They do their hair and they have a variety of those facilities. I'm pleased with the cost. It's reasonable.

It has a Montessori program, which I found very helpful for Mom. Two days after she moved in, they had a Roaring Twenties Prom and everybody had a good time. It's been an amazing change for her. She is in the memory care unit. Her room there has just been repainted so it'sl fresh and clean. It's a corner room, so it has windows on two sides. The staff would just be on their way to help us get things set up and ready for her to move in. We were on a very short time frame, so they helped with that. They serve three meals a day and two snacks. The activities director, Casey, is phenomenal. They have different stations for them to sit down and work on. For those that are wandering, that's a big help. It gives them a reason to sit down and quit wandering. They have multiple TVs in two different rooms and that's helpful, too. So that there's more than one thing they have to watch, but what I like is that it's not an adjusted price scale by how many days or in a month. Every month is the same price so that makes it much easier.
