Brookdale Medi Park West was very wonderful. I think that's the best place that I have ever seen (I did not see a lot, but I think they have the best offer of everything). I think they are just the best out there so far. I like the programs they have. Everything was just great. I would have loved for my father-in-law to stay there if he was capable of being alone. They have meal services or they'll take it up to their room. They have a menu and they let the family members eat for free. They don't charge. It's just great. The staff were great, too. They were very understanding. They took care of everything very well. My husband was the one who was more involved with my father-in-law, but I know they have giveaways and all sorts of stuff. The things they have were just excellent. They have a TV room or a theater room. They just have so much. I loved it. I think the price was great. It was less than the last place and the last place was worse.

My mother-in-law will be moving to Brookdale Medi Park West. We were impressed with the facilities, the size of the rooms and all the activities available. We took my mother-in-law to see it, and she just loved it, and so she said, 'Yes, this is where I want to be.' The staff who gave the tour was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. She was wonderful. The place is very up-to-date and clean, and it doesn't look like it's been there as long as it has. It looks brand new because they've dated it and taken such good care of it.

I liked Brookdale Medi Park West. I liked that it was nice and clean. Everybody seemed very nice. I only interacted with one staff member who was the person giving me the tour, and she was very nice. They did the three meals a day, and they had the weekly housekeeping. They had a salon and a courtyard.

My parents have already moved into Brookdale Medi Park West. It is a smaller community, so it doesn't feel quite as big as some of the others. They are also friendly here. It's nice. My parents are in a one-bedroom. It's not as big as some of the others, but it is still a nice layout and it's easy to maneuver. The people that are working there are super friendly. I love everybody that works here. Their food is not anything to write home about, but they're decent and they're nice. For activities, they go places for independent all the time. They have a set schedule to go to WalMart and things like that. They're having a special Father's Day. There's always something going on two or three times a day.

We went to look at Brookdale Medi Park West. They have covered parking, internet, and cable, which are included. I liked their rooms. Their small one-bedroom apartment would be the one I would choose if I were making a decision. The apartments were spacious. They were fully equipped with a kitchen. They seem to have plenty of activities to keep the residents busy. The staff was very thorough. She was excellent and very informative. She gave an excellent tour. We toured several different floor plans in the apartments, which allowed us an opportunity to visit with some of the residents. She showed us around the available facilities, like the beauty shop on the grounds and a nice exercise area. I have heard from other people who live there that the food isn't the best, but you do have a choice. We saw the residents playing games and interacting with each other. They had puzzles set up that you could participate in if you wanted to. Residents were using the exercise facilities. The ones we saw appeared to be happy there.

Brookdale Medi Park West was very clean and nice. They were very friendly and very accommodating. They're taking the carpet up and putting down the vinyl flooring and making the bathroom handicap accessible by taking down the shower doors. They are also putting up curtains so that I can have a roll-in shower and recessing the bathroom sink so that I can use it. They have seven activities a day ranging from dominoes to art. They also have church services, which would be a real plus for me because I can't go to church right now. The staff was excellent and I just thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

We toured Brookdale Medi Park West. We liked the size of the apartment. They were nice with the full kitchens. The dining room experience was very good. The independent side was very clean. The staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and kind. They have a beauty parlor, a billiards room, a library, and a small goods store that they run three times a week. So, in case anybody needs something, they can go down and purchase it. They have a little exercise room. They have a little café/bakery, and they have a theater as well.

I looked at both assisted and independent living at Brookdale Medi Park West. It was very bright and clean. There were a lot of activities available. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. They interacted with the residents and with other staff members. The units were clean and large, as well as their dining room. They have a library, a theater, an activity room, an area for home health, another activity area, and a courtyard. The place looked safe.

I toured Brookdale Medi Park West. I've visited the independent living and the assisted living. It's a beautiful place. It's well-kept. The staff were excellent. The young lady that took us on a tour and introduced us to the director and several people, and they were all very nice to us. They offered all activities; they've got all kinds of things. They had a lot of things and people were having fun. They have very nice apartments. They were very clean. The ones that we saw were excellent, and they would fix them up to suit you. They offer three meals a day and house cleaning and it was nice. They were nice. It was a beautiful place. They have independent living and assisted living, but that's as far as it goes. If you have to have constant care, they can't do it there and you'd have to move.

We toured Brookdale Medi Park West for my father-in-law. They have a library, a gym, they have a dining room, but they only have one place to eat, so it was ok.

Brookdale Medi Park West was really nice. The staff was very informative. The place was clean and orderly. She showed me what the apartment would look like. It's really close to all the medical facilities, the hospital, all of my doctors, and things like that. They have a cafeteria, a game room, and a library, and they have a lot of activities, too. The layout was very convenient.

Brookdale Medi Park West was nice, but they weren't as large as we were needing. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating and answered all our questions thoroughly. They were wonderful people, and we enjoyed our visit with them. The facility was just not what we were looking for.

I visited a friend at Brookdale Medi Park West. It is a nice facility, and I was impressed with it. I visited her in her room, and I walked to the dining room. I felt the dining room was a little crowded, but it was clean and the food smelled good in there. I had a good impression of the place. The people, the ones that they had to get into the dining room, they looked nice and tidy and that right there says a lot that they get the care, and they give concern for their appearance. I have seen people who are taken to the nursing homes and taken to the dining room with their hair sticking out in every direction and their clothes poking and that is no respect for the person that they are taking care of. I have several friends out there that I go and visit and they're all well cared for. One thing that I was not impressed with was that they had too many people in the dining room and you can hardly move between the tables.

My mother is at Brookdale Medi Park West. They are absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend them. There were two in Amarillo that we were looking at, and I really thought we were gonna go with the other one, but the Brookdale's policy as far as Covid was so much better. That was the major deciding factor. They allowed me and my sister to go in for a week, and help my mom get settled in. They're also allowing her to go in their transportation, and she doesn't have to quarantine after each doctor visit if they take her, which was fabulous. They have many activities. The residents there help the new people get involved. They come by and welcome them. They have ambassadors. The food has been really good. My mom has not complained much about the food. The staff is friendly and very, very helpful. If you need anything, they go out of their way to help you find whatever it is you need. It's a beautiful place.

Brookdale Medi Park West is awesome for my mom. If anything, we'll probably lean toward it because it has assisted living attached to it. The staff was excellent. The apartments were well appointed and well cared for. The dining room was very nice. The place was newer, well appointed, and well maintained. The location is very close to medical facilities, as well as to shopping.

The lady that gave us the tour of Brookdale Medi Park West was very nice. She explained everything. She also showed us some of the rooms that my father-in-law would possibly be staying in. The place was very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly, too. It was a great tour. I would live there myself. I had no problems with it. The place was very nice. They have a billiard room, a beauty salon, and some barber chairs for men. The courtyard was fantastic. Overall, it was a very nice-looking complex. It felt homey. It was very warm and very nice. The residents that we met were very friendly.

My mom has been living at Brookdale Medi Park West for four years. It's been really good and she's had good experience there. The staff is very caring. There have been turnovers but overall, my mom is pleased with the aides who come and help her. The atmosphere is good, and they do a lot if activities with them, like bingo, cards, dominoes, and excursions. My mom has an excellent two-bedroom with a full kitchen which is very unusual for assisted living, so there's lots of room. The place is very clean and whenever there's a problem, they take care of it. Sometimes the food has issues. My mom feels that it's not been up to par as much as she would like it to be and that would be the main criticism.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about Brookdale Medi Park West. The staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere itself was inviting the minute you walk in the door. The gal there couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. She was exceptionally personable. They were very receptive and going above and beyond trying to help you understand and make decisions for your benefit. It was impressive. The people were congenial, made you feel at home immediately and cared about your well-being. I wasn't disappointed at all. I think it would be a pleasant place to live in your later years. It's a nice and pretty place.

I was at Brookdale Medi Park West for about an hour. It was very informative. The lady who greeted me was very cordial and gave me a very good tour of the whole place. She also gave me the pricing and all the brochures that we needed so that we can make a conscious decision for the family. They have studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. The rooms were very nice. I saw a library and a hobby room. There were people in the hallways, in the classroom, and in groups. I inquired about the religious services, and they told me that the Catholic church meets on Friday afternoon.

We toured Brookdale, they were in the process of remodeling totally, and we saw part of what they've worked on. The staff answered all our questions and followed up with us later. We saw a 2-bedroom, and a 1-bedroom, and it looked like a good fit. The dining area looked very nice, like being at home. They have a dining room available for the family to come in and have a meal with the residents.

My parents are in Brookdale. I like it and it's very nice. The staff is very friendly, and the accommodations are nice. They're in the independent living side. They provide meals for the residents, they change sheets, and clean their apartment once a week.

We absolutely loved Brookdale Medi Park West. It was awesome. We were treated so well. In fact, I toured it myself, then my brother and I toured, then again with my mother. So, we toured it three times to really thoroughly see what was going on. We were given tons of information and helped on how we could get aid or assistance and all kinds of stuff that would be helpful to us. The lady was more than helpful, and she said, “Hey, if there’s anything, let me know. I will do my best to have an apartment for you." However, at this point, we did not have the funds. All three times we went there, she took us into apartments that were all spectacular, wonderful, and cute. My mother wanted to stay. It was amazing. They had activities like card games, pool, sewing, and bingo. Every morning, they had donuts and coffee. In the afternoon, they had popcorn. Also, what impressed me was that every floor had its own ambassador who made sure that when somebody moved in that they felt welcome, showed them around, and made sure they had a friend. That was really impressive to me. They took them out to Walmart and out to eat.

Brookdale had very nice apartments and a lot of amenities, but we don't want an apartment at this point in our lives. They had larger apartments and better arranged rooms. They also had an exercise room.

Brookdale Medi Park West was very expensive, but they were very nice to my loved one. The caregivers were good to her and did all they could do for her. The community was very nice. Had she been in better health, I think she would have possibly even enjoyed it because they had activities, but her health really went downhill. She wasn’t able to take advantage of the things they offered. They had movie nights and an area outside where they did different things and played games. They had meals in the dining room that were really nice. There were lots of things if your health would allow. If they were in good health, I would recommend this place.

We visited Brookdale, but my aunt could not afford it. The lady that assisted us was very informative and showed us everything. She told us about the cost and was just very helpful. We loved the apartment that my aunt was interested in, but she could not afford it. They did not have to improve anything as I did not see anything wrong with the place. It was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. They had some activities, three meals a day, and snacks.

Brookdale Medi Park West is very friendly, very clean, and close to the house. It’s a very nice facility. The room that my father-in-law is in is roomy with everything down on his level. He can just roll his wheelchair into the shower or use a bath chair if he needs to. It is really nice for handicapped people. The food is excellent, too.

Brookdale was great, and it was a good experience. I really like that one. I like the way the apartments are like that. During our visit, they were having a birthday party for someone, and they have this 15 diner like room. They have the old Coca-Cola machine. The staff was very nice, they showed us around, they introduced us to some of the clients, and it was very pleasant.

Everybody was very happy at Brookdale. It was a very clean and pleasant place to be. The staff was awesome. She was wonderful, she showed us the whole property, and she showed us rooms and the entire thing. The rooms were nice and clean, but would be too confining for my parents. They have a game room where they can play cards and dominoes, and they have an exercise room. The cafeteria where they had the meals is beautiful and is set up very nicely. It was very impressive. It was very convenient to the hospital, and they can take them to doctor’s appointments if needed.

This was the nicest place I've seen, and I would consider living in that facility myself. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I saw their rooms, and they were very nice and spacious. The dining area was really set up where you have assigned sitting, and that was really nice. They also have what they call a Coca-Cola room where they can come there all day long and get snacks. They also have some games in there, and I was able to watch them. I was impressed with the facility.
