The staff is caring and kind. The rooms are a good size and the facility is beautiful. There is good communication with the staff and there is always something fun happening for the residents. My mom has been there for over six months and has been very stable. The staff is very good with residents with dementia. The courtyards are lovely and they usually have pet visits often too.

Vitality Court was immaculate and beautiful. It was really clean. It had a huge open foyer where the residents could eat. People were visiting, the elderly were walking around, and it was just a real relaxed atmosphere. It was very pretty. The person who gave me the tour was pretty good. She acted a little hurried, but I went without even scheduling an appointment, so for them to do that, it was really, really nice of them, because I'm sure they're busy. When I went by the memory care, they were feeding the residents and everything was real quiet and professional looking. The dining room was nice and orderly and everything looked in its place.

Vitality Court Texas Star looked good. The residents all seemed happy. The staff member who gave us the tour was friendly, answered any questions, and volunteered information. The vegetation in the courtyard was all native Texas stuff. It had a little stream going through it, and there's a turtle that lived there. There were also ducks that came and visited. So, it's kind of cute. We sat in the courtyard for a while, and one of the ladies came out of her apartment that faced toward the courtyard, and she had her daughter's dog with her, so the dog was running all over the place, which was pretty cool. They had morning meditations, chair exercises, music, snacks, Bible studies, lunch trips, Tai chi, walking clubs, sing alongs, and games. We looked at a two-bedroom apartment there, and it looked nice. It was a little on the snug side.

Vitality Court Texas Star was very well decorated. The courtyard had a little waterfall and pond that was beautiful. The rooms were wonderful. Everything was just very clean. It smelled very nice. It was just too expensive for what my mom can afford. It's beautiful. The one who showed me around was wonderful. I was there in the morning, so food was not being served at that time. It's lovely for anyone who can afford it. There was someone who was painting. There were people at the puzzle table. They showed me the exercise room. I met the rehab personnel. It was very well staffed with anything that the residents could possibly need. They had a movie room. The courtyard was gorgeous, and there were tables, swings, and benches around it so that people could go out and enjoy.

I went to look at Vitality Court Texas Star. I was able to see the gym. They have physical therapy. The lady who took me for a tour was very courteous and very nice. They offered me a meal, but I declined. They have appliances in some of their rooms. Some of the rooms have a large refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink. They have a library and a salon. The dining area was restaurant-style.

My mother-in-law moved into Vitality Court Texas Star. They've been great, they've been great with her, we had to take her from her home directly into memory care. It's an adjustment for her. It's very welcoming, and they have a lot of nurses and attendants helping, so it's very hands-on. The facility itself is very light, bright, and has lots of windows. They have an outdoor space they can go to, and it was spacious. They even have a full-time activities director, he schedules many activities throughout the day. We were impressed that they had a lot of activities, and they still want to engage the people in memory and all kinds of activities that they can enjoy. We've seen the food and my mother-in-law likes it, it looks like a nice meal, and it looks like they're doing a good job with the food.

I really liked Vitality Court Texas Star in Allen. That would have been our first choice. They do a lot of stuff. It was a really nice facility, and the staff there was amazing. I think their chef has been there for 15 years, so that says a lot.

We moved my parents into Vitality Court Texas Star. We think it's wonderful, and it's keeping them together. They lived up to everything they should. The rooms were large, they seem larger than most, it's a very clean facility, and I think they can work on having a little more activities. The food is outstanding.

1) Front receptionist desk rarely staffed 2) Dining experience is a misfortune: a) does not follow the posted menu plan, b) usually out of stock with basic food items, butter, eggs, etc., c) wait time to take food order is unacceptable (unfortunately these old people can't just get up and walk out), d) food prepared with too much sodium 3) Unorganized management/staff 4) No one really seems to be in charge Vitality Court needs to rethink their brand strategy to ensure that they deliver on brand promises - especially when dealing with the elderly

I visited Texas Star. It was new and very nice. They were willing to work with us as far pricing and what we were looking for. Their pricing was a little different, though. They had what we were looking for, but their pricing was a little high.

My mother is in Texas Star, and it is very good and the most accommodating. The rooms are a good size and clean. Of course, you have to provide your own furniture. The staff is excellent. They have a lot of different activities, like bingo and crafts. They ask the residents' input about different places that they want to go. They have some exercise classes, movie nights, and trips to the senior center. The food is good, and my mother likes it.
