The facility was in a very nice area in the rural TN coubtry. The people were very nice and the ratio of staff to patients was very close. It was connected to a private school where they had a large garden that produced fresh fruits and vegetables. They normally didn't serve it to patients but my grat grandmother had brought her juicer and they allowed her to have fresh juice daily. I think it is the nicer of the nursing homes that I have been to and the smell was not as bad as I had experienced at her previous home.
