My mom moved to Keestone at the Hewitt House. It's convenient, and it's not very far from where we live. She's got activities and good food. She's enjoying it. They have church services. The staff was very nice, but they just needed more staff, which I didn't like. They've been very good to my mom. They don't have very many activities, but they have a few.

My tour at Keestone at the Hewitt House was productive. Right now, we're leaning heavily toward going in that direction. It was clean and spacious, and it didn't smell like your typical nursing home. That was my first impression. Everybody that we bumped into was friendly, including the folks that were there. We had a couple of conversations with folks that were sitting there in chairs, and one gal was in the theater watching a movie. So those are the things that put us over the top. Plus, the price was within our range of affordability, which surprised me. When I walked in, I told my wife, 'There's no way we can afford this,' and it turns out we can. The room is just four walls on the floor and a ceiling, so you bring a bed, a dresser, and a chair with you and a TV set if you want to watch TV. They provide you with cable though. The staff who took me around was knowledgeable, outgoing, seasoned, and empathetic to our specific situation as opposed to just a generic old timer's disease. The staff was both charming and intelligent. She's well-learned.

Keestone at the Hewitt House is a lovely place. It doesn't seem like a nursing home or anything like that. The facility is super clean. The administrator over the facility is awesome. There's no room for discussion because she does such a good job. I was impressed with her. They have a movie theater and a little bistro where they have healthy snacks and drinks. They have special activities throughout the week at different places in the facility. I'd like to go live there myself. The room sizes are good. It's just a place you would like to be. I was very comfortable there. The energy there was really good. We were in the middle of a storm, but the administrator of that facility did not make us feel like we were rushed about. She had to take care of limbs that had blown through windows and stuff like that, but she still made you feel like you were really important. She's awesome. A lot is going on, but there was that peace about the facility.

My aunt is at Keestone at the Hewitt House. She wanted to be here in town close to friends and relatives. I already had experience with them. My father stayed with them from 2017 until 2019. The attention to detail and the care level that she's getting have been great. Their facility offers so much more than the standard assisted living. She has limited mobility, so they have been very helpful with managing medication and helping her to be a little more mobile around her room. The meals are good, and the staff is friendly. She is liking all of that. I came across bingo when we were moving her in. I know they have movies there. My dad used to go to the movies when they would have them. They have family dinners. They invite families to come in and have dinner with the resident. It is just building a sense of community. She transitioned from a hospital stay into Keestone at the Hewitt House. They helped arrange everything. It was wonderful. She was on hospice care too, so their coordination couldn't have worked better. She has a great room. It has lots of room. It has a nice window and a large bathroom. It is really nice. Even though she can't participate in some of the activities, I'm aware that they have a lot. They take care of a wide range of people.

Keestone at the Hewitt House was really, really nice. If everything works out, I think that will be a great place for my dad. It's very clean and very welcoming. The staff seemed very nice and caring. They have a lot of activities for them to do and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The people who live there seemed very comfortable and it seemed like a nice place to live. They have a 50's diner in there and a dining room, both of which looked nice. I haven't tasted the food, but it sure smelled good in there. They had a little coffee bar, a movie theater, and a salon. They had an exercise program and somebody who leads exercise programs, if they want. They also had arts and crafts and card games. The residents can go for a walk and sit outside on the deck. They had a really nice porch area and fireplaces. They have a lot of things for everybody. The person who accommodated me was great. It had wide rooms and big bathrooms. You could tell it was designed for older people, so it was nice and easy to get around.

My mother is in Keestone at the Hewitt House. It's fine so far. I can't think of anything that they don't have that they could want. It serves the purpose. It's beautiful and well kept. They offer all kinds of amenities and activities, like games, ice cream socials, arts and crafts, and movies. The staff knows what they're doing. They've been friendly and patient. The residents have been satisfied with the food.

Grandmother is currently at Keestone at the Hewitt House. She's a veteran and gets the maximum amount of money, but it takes all of her money just to live there. The rooms are small and have bathrooms. The place and people are really nice, but they only have one real nurse there. There's not a whole lot of help.

Keestone at the Hewitt House seemed pretty nice and the rooms seemed nice and clean. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and nice. They have outside places where they can sit. It's huge since its a bigger facility. It was right in town, so it's not really a homey setting. They have a bar where they can get coffee and fruit, and it's open all the time for them.
