My mother has moved into Charter Senior Living of Paris. She's starting in the assisted living portion, but ultimately, at some point, she will have to move to memory care. What I liked best is it's a really good feeling for her to have her own little apartment. She still feels like she has some independence and has everybody there that can assist her with all of her needs. They are very good at getting people out of their rooms. A lot of older folks like to just hibernate and only go out for their meals, but the staff is super good about going and knocking on their doors and telling them, "What's going on, come on, get dressed, come out. We're going to do this. It's gonna be a lot of fun." They do a lot of encouraging to keep them active and that's probably one of my favorite things about it. I've eaten there twice now with her and I think lunch is my favorite. They do three meals a day. If they want a snack in between, they can go down and get a snack. They do breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Usually, their lunch is their biggest meal of the day because most of the folks there don't like to have a heavy dinner. It's always clean and they just actually redid the whole inside, painted and carpet and everything. That's the only one I chose to go to because first of all, they were willing to work with her monthly income wage. None of the other ones were.

My mom will be moving to Charter Senior Living of Paris. The tour was great, the people were very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. They were doing some refurbishing, but the rooms were fine, they looked clean, and the bathrooms and common areas were also clean. They were doing some music and some participation when we were there, they had some sort of spirit day going on where all the workers were dressed up in wacky clothes and were just being crazy.

Charter Senior Living of Paris was clean and well kept. The residents seem to be well cared for. The staff that I've talked to has just been very helpful and accommodating. They were in the process of renovating so some of the carpets were all going to be replaced, but where it has been done was very nice (although there were places that still need some updates to be done). They have a courtyard, a salon, and a library, too.

My mother moved in, and the care has been wonderful. They've had church on Sundays, bingo, and sing-alongs. They have a book room or a library and a really nice dining hall. The rooms are very nice. I have seen some exercise equipment there as well.

Both of my parents are here, and we like its location. Everything worked well for them too. They had everything available to them, and they had someone on staff when they needed medical assistance. Everything met our expectations. They were happy with it -- the food and the people. The biggest complaint they had is that someone was there in their room every 2 hours to check on them. My parents’ health is very good.

We like the location. The facility is clean and it seems very nice. Their dining room is very elegant. Their residents looked happy. The staff who gave us the tour was very nice and very informative.

Mom is being treated very well here. She has been here for two months now and is really having a very good time, enjoying where she is at now, extremely settled and extremely happy. She got crafts at certain times. My brother commented that he hadn't heard her sound so happy in years. The staff is fantastic, all very professional, just like her extended family, almost as if they are one-on-one with people. Food looks very good. The dining room is very nice. It is a lot smaller, but I have no complaints about the cleanliness whatsoever. The only complaint we really have is that she doesn't spend a lot of time in her room because she is out watching TV in the community room and doing different things, but it is very reassuring.

This is a nice place but it's too far for me. This is still a new facility, very clean and they make sure you can't smell anything bad. This is located in a smaller town. The rooms were new and nice but the studio room was really small that you can't put a couch in it. The staff was really caring and they provided my grandmother with the best care. They have those usual activities as well. They could enlarge their dining rooms to provide better service to their residents.
