My mom moved into the Creekside at Three Rivers. I like that they have three pods for the memory care unit, and each one only has 12 people in them. So I like that they're limited in that way. But it seems like, and I think this is true of all places now, that they may have some problems with having not enough staff all the time. For food, they get a good breakfast and lunch, then they get a light dinner at night. So, I think that's good because a lot of older people have reflux. So that probably works best and their food seems to be very good from what I've seen.

I toured Creekside at Three Rivers. They have nice-sized rooms. I like that there's the ability for the residents to get out into the courtyard whenever they want to go out. The staff members were friendly and helpful, too.

Creekside at Three Rivers was alright. But it didn't have the laundry. They'll take your laundry and do it, but you don't have laundry in your room. The staff members were very nice. They don't have any special facilities. They have different little rooms where you can have your coffee and stuff like that. The dining room was nice enough, but it wasn't nearly as nice as the other place. They had movies on movie nights. They had a garden. It just wasn't my style. It was very clean as far as that goes. The room sizes were fine, but they didn't have a complete kitchen. They just had a partial kitchen.

Creekside at Three Rivers was nice and they had better memory care options. I liked the facility itself. It seemed to be a better environment. The staff that gave me the tour was very helpful. The facility seemed good and they had some options. They had a meeting area, a dining hall, and an area where they could sit and have coffee. They also had a courtyard. The bedroom that I saw was very nice. This facility was located near all kinds of grocery stores, restaurants, and schools.

Creekside at Three Rivers was nice. The rooms were small. The building itself was very well-maintained and beautiful. They have a beauty salon, a library, and an activity center. They have onsite physical therapy there in the building and they have a dedicated room for it. They also have a dining hall.

I'm pretty sure that Creekside at Three Rivers is the one we're going to go with. It's basically about the same price as any place else, but it covered all care. A lot of places have a base rate and then depending on the level of care, they add on to that. The place looked a lot cleaner and a lot newer than others, and the rooms looked a little bit bigger. They had a sink outside of the bathroom or a washup area. Cable TV is included. Even the TV is provided. It looked nice. There's a big gathering area. It looked more like a home setting because the kitchen's right there in the eating area. It looked like a regular dining room. It felt a little bit more like a home than a hospital-type setting. I looked at the menu and it had the typical breakfast where you can have meat, eggs, bread, and sometimes pancakes. Lunch is like a sandwich and salad. Dinner is pretty good as well. It's a new building. Everything was clean with nice floors. It looks like you can move into it right now and it'll be up to par. It doesn't need a paint job. It doesn't need any fixing up.

We went to look at Creekside at Three Rivers. The place was very clean and well maintained. They had very friendly staff. All of the residents seemed to be very happy and pleasant. What really stood out to me was their dining facility and how people are able to actually pick from the menus for their meals. The rooms were nice and clean. We sat down and talked to a couple of the residents, and they were saying how much they loved the place. We saw four different rooms, and they had a good view outside the window. The climate control was nice. They had large bathrooms. They were clean and had the smell of hardwood floors. They had a refrigerator, a sink, and hookups for cable and phone lines. They had a bunch of community rooms. They had an area where they had religious services. They had a physical therapy room and a coffee room. The main nurse who gave us the tour and showed us everything knew what she was doing. She knew all the information about the facility, which was huge. She was very professional and made us feel very comfortable. I was just very impressed. After seeing that place, my stress level went down drastically, because I felt comfortable that I would be able to find a place for my grandfather that he deserved.

My tour at Creekside at Three Rivers was good. It was all very elegant, the place was more upscale than the other one I toured. The people were very helpful, the residents were friendly and well-cared for, and it was a very nice facility. They had every level of rooms, they had tiny studios up to two-bedrooms, it just depends on what you wanted to pay for. They have activities, games, arts and crafts, and little outings in the van. There's a lot of stuff going on there. The staff who gave the tour was a little unorganized.

I have toured Creekside at Three Rivers. It was nice but they had an upstairs and the rooms were small. They were not laid out well equipped for somebody in a motorized chair or a scooter. I wasn't impressed with them at all. The lady who took me around was nice, but she acted like she wanted to be somewhere else like she had other things she needed to do rather than show me around. There were a lot of people crowded out on a little bitty porch trying to smoke, and that was the only smoking porch. It was a little on the small side and congested. It's a beautiful facility, it just does not fit the needs that we have.

Creekside at Three Rivers has been wonderful. The facility itself is very fresh and new. The staff is wonderful. There are a lot of activities. They even have a chef that does the cooking, so the meals are really good. We're really happy with mom there. They have studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, and she is in a one-bedroom. They have trips at least twice a week. In addition to shopping areas, they go to a restaurant if people want something different than what they get served at the facility. They have some craft-type things, a beauty salon, several studio areas, a theater area, a podiatrist who comes in once a month, musicians who come in and play, and a patio area.

The Creekside at Three Rivers assisted living was very lovely. The upkeep and everything were fine too. The only thing I did not like about it was that the rooms were very small so if you had someone in a motorized wheelchair or a motorized cart, it was very hard to get around. That was the drawback for me. The person who assisted me during the visit was not especially outgoing, but she was fine. She was busy and had a lot going on, and I had a small window of time. We were able to do the tour though. The only thing is that the hallways were small and the rooms where they were set up were not conducive to somebody in a wheelchair. I walked through the dining area and everything looked lovely. It's a lovely facility, it was just not going to work for our needs. A suggestion I can give for the person who assisted the tour is to be more attentive to what the needs are and to listen.

My mother moved into the Creekside at Three Rivers last December. They seem to be very caring, and they help her do what she needs to. There are some really good nurses there that come in and take care of her. It's a nice place. It's one of the first buildings at Creekside that was made. It is an older building, but it doesn't look old. The cleaning is OK, but it could be better. It's not that it's dirty; it's just like some of the places when she moved in. My mother is very picky. The food looks fine to me, but it's not necessarily what I would think everybody would eat. She's used to my cooking. She doesn't go out and do any activities or anything. She even eats in her room. They have a salon. They have a room where they can do puzzles and crafts. They have a room where they go out and watch TV. People sometimes come and play guitar, and they have a piano. They have an outside place that's pretty nice, but it just hasn't been warm enough yet.

Everyone at Creekside at Three Rivers was friendly and helpful. We saw the enthusiasm that the staff has about the workplace and they were positive about those people coming in and making us feel that my brother will be well taken care of. The rooms were neat and clean. They're large enough for a full-sized bed while still having room for other things. I noticed how some of the other rooms were already decorated, too. They also had a salon and while we were there, they were serving some homemade hot chocolate and the residents in the memory care area seemed to have enjoyed it.

I went to Creekside at Three Rivers for my husband. I liked it very much. It was very home-like, welcoming, and friendly. I saw several individual apartments. I saw the dining area, the activities, and an area where they show movies. I liked the staff very much. She was very friendly, personable, and very willing to show me everything. She answered my questions. I saw a one-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment. It looked very clean.

We chose the Creekside at Three Rivers for mom, and she is moving in December. We visited there in mid-October. I liked that they had a lot of different kinds of activities for their residents and included in those activities were discussion groups, where people could exchange ideas or thoughts. I thought that was something that my mother would enjoy. The apartments were warm and welcoming, and they're spacious. I think they provide the right amount of amenities that my mother will need. Everything was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The residents enjoyed the food, and the dining area was very comfortable. They have a porch where people can go and sit in some very comfortable rocking chairs. The staff was very, very nice. We saw a lot of interaction with the residents, and the residents seemed to connect with the staff.

My mother is very pleased with Creekside at Three Rivers. Everybody has been very, very pleasant, very easy to work with, and very accommodating. She's in a one-bedroom apartment. It's very nice, it has two rooms, and it's very accommodating. They have activities every day. I have not personally got involved with it, but I know that there are many activities to do. They have an activities director there. There are many opportunities for them. They have courtyards and a library. They provide everything. Everything is very good. They're very attentive to the residents. You have choices, and you'll see the menus the day before or even a week before and if you decide you don't want that, then you get a choice and say I want to substitute this instead. You just tell them, and they'll have it ready for you. It's very well priced. Everything is very above board. I can't think of anything negative or not wanted. The staff was very knowledgeable, very, very helpful, and knows all about the facility. Her tour is really what made the selling point because honestly, as soon as we were done with the tour, we had already decided that that's where we're gonna go even though we went to other places. It was a very positive experience.

I toured Creekside at Three Rivers for my parents, and it was very nice. It's great. It will probably hurt the budget just a little bit because of pricing. It's more of an all-inclusive type of situation, where you don't have extra fees for care and medication management. The staff was fine. They showed us everything, like the laundry, the eating facility, the cafeteria, and the rooms. The dining area was fine. It looked good. Everything looked great. I was there early in the morning, and there wasn't a lot of activity going on because they were finishing breakfast. But they offer a lot of activities, outings, and things of that nature. We looked at the gardens and courtyards. We were satisfied. We looked at the menu and got to see the food preparation area in the dining room. The rooms were fine. We looked at a one-bedroom, and it was clean and well maintained. It had good, accessible showers. It had anything that you would need if you were in that kind of situation.

Creekside at Three Rivers is very nice, but they're a little more contained. It seemed like more people had their own apartments, and there wasn't a lot of socialization. I didn't see one resident. The person who took me on a tour was extremely nice, but it didn't seem like she was nearly as interested in what I needed or what my situation was (unlike the other place I toured). It's a very nice facility, and I would definitely recommend it. The dining area was very nice. The rooms were very small. They all had a sink and a little refrigerator, which ate up a lot of the room space. A lot of that would not be necessary, or did not meet the needs that I had for my husband. The staff didn't go into a lot of the activities. I know they have an exercise room and lots of things like that. I don't feel I was given near the information that I was at the other community. It's beautiful, and it's nice. The facilities outside, the grounds, and the common areas were much nicer than the rooms.

I enjoyed my tour at Creekside at Three Rivers. They just seemed to provide everything that I would need for my mother. The people were really nice. The room was kind of small compared to what other people are offering. They had a hair salon and a library. They would eat lunch together, and it seemed coordinated.

We found Creekside at Three Rivers to be acceptable. We weren't impressed with the layout, and the room was smaller than what my brother had at the other place. The big problem there was the walking. Since my brother has Parkinson's, he would have to go down a lot of long halls. I thought it would be confusing for him because he has occasional lapses in memory, and he wouldn't be able to walk all those distances. The facility was clean.

My husband is at Creekside at Three Rivers. It's reasonable, and it's beautiful. All the reviews were good, and it's close to my home. It basically was in our budget. I haven't had any trouble with any of the staff; they've been more than kind. Most of the people there have been there a long time, so that was impressive. They don't have a lot of turnover. They take them on outings. They don't usually get them off the bus, but they'll take them for a ride and get them milkshakes, and different things like that. They have activities inside.

So far I have no real problems moving my dad to Creekside at Three Rivers. We've had a bit of transition getting his meds straightened out at the beginning. Everyone there has been friendly, easy to work with, easy to please, and they take good care of him. He's in a studio apartment, it's like a 1-bedroom apartment, it leads out to a hallway and all the rooms go around the hall. They have a little living room area and a huge kitchen. The aides really work at the kitchen and serve them their meals, and everybody sits at the table together. It's a nice situation and keeps them involved with each other. The rooms all appear to be the same in there. They have a main big building for assisted living and their rooms look more like real apartments. But my dad is in the memory care which is kind of bare bones. They have a calendar that goes out and every day there's something going on. My dad is in the memory care section and the activities are geared for their capacity. They also have a chef on duty there. The villas are all one level, the main big building is 3 floors. I think they could have more activities.

Terrible!!!!! Please Do NOT place your loved one at this facility!!!!! We moved our precious father here in May of 2019, after having a tour where they made everything sound wonderful. They will tell you everything you want to hear, then never follow through once they have your loved one in. Understaffed, staff on their cell phones instead of watching patients. There are literally only a couple staff members who were angels who actually cared about the residents and did their jobs. We installed cameras and saw terrible treatment of our father. One overnight nurse left our father lay on the floor after falling, while she did other things. Management promised she would be removed...she was seen in his room again on camera. Countless incidents at this facility! Promises of change that never happened. The management do not care or follow through with promises made. Several times we had to convince the actual nurses that there was truly something wrong with our father...after they would tell us they thought “he was fine.” Each of those times he ended up in the hospital for serious infections. Doctors would attempt to call in for emergency care instructions for our father and not be able to get through. This facility looks fine in pictures, but what truly happens in real time and behind closed doors....especially in the memory care “Reflections,” is disgusting. A hallway of forgotten souls. Our Dad passed away only 2 1/2 months after living here, after another tragic accident. Our father is gone.....this review is to save someone else’s loved one.

My dad is now at Creekside at Three Rivers. It is absolutely beautiful! I really like it. The staff members work very hard to take care of all the people on the memory care, but I believe they really could use a little more staff. The food is fantastic. The room is wonderful. My dad has a private room with a sink and a mini fridge; it is wonderful. They have activities Monday through Friday. My dad has late stage Alzheimer's, so he doesn't participate much in any of the activities. Last week, they had a live band come in the main lobby, so we wheeled him down there, and he enjoyed it.

Our grandmother has been living in Creekside At Three Rivers for almost three years now. Everybody's very nice. The staff is good, but they have a lot of turnover, which is difficult for her because she gets assistance with bathing, and she likes to have the same people all the time because she's more comfortable with that. They had a recent management change so maybe it'll become a little more stable, but it has up until recently not been very stable. It's clean. I never really thought the food was that great. It was a little inappropriate for the clientele. It had lots of bone in the meat, and they don't always give them a knife. They're not as tender as they should be. Overall, they do a really good job. The medical staff has been really great. They have a nursing staff on duty 24/7 and very good staff. They have lots of classes, lots of music, and lots of activities that my grandmother enjoys. They do a really good job. She's very happy there and she's not exactly excited about moving out. I would like to see a little more consistency with the staff, but the ones there are really good to the residents. It's a nice facility.

Creekside at Three Rivers was a fantastic community. The apartments were quite small but brand new. There was something going on all the time. It was really good. I liked it, but it did not fit my parents' needs. They really need a little more personal space. Otherwise, I thought it was a really nice place in a booming area with a few little businesses. They had quite a few cool-looking, different areas for the memory unit. They were wonderful.

My parents are in Creekside at Three Rivers. They have very nice accommodations. There is space for the 2 of them together in 1 apartment. They’re happy with the meals. Everything -- so far -- has been very good. The thing we like the best is we could get the 2 of them together in the same apartment. They have been there for about 2 months now.

Creekside at Three Rivers was very pleasant and nice. The lady who gave us the tour was very good and explained the cost and everything. We had good vibes about the place. We saw a one-bedroom apartment with fresh carpeting and a little balcony. We had lunch there, and it was very good. They had bingo, puzzles, card playing, and anything you want to do. It was a very pleasant experience.

Creekside at Three Rivers was a wonderful place. They had a couple of new buildings for memory care, which were still under construction but it was a great concept. Everybody there was very helpful and very informative. I toured the memory care facility, and they had a private dining area for the memory care patients, which was very clean and very organized. The rooms were well maintained. It was a great place, and I didn't have any issues. The residents were all well cared for and looked happy. Even the lady who was giving me the tour knew all of the residents by name, which was very impressive to me. They had taken the residents outside on the day I was there because it was a beautiful day, and the caregivers were eating snacks with them. They had somebody that was taking care of fingernails for the ladies. They kept them very occupied, which is very important for memory care patients.

Thank you for your review. Our residents are very special people - they are family! We have a wonderful staff who is dedicated to making every day the best day it can be. Our "new buildings" are Creekside Villas. They are secure Memory Care houses. We are very excited about this new concept for Memory Care residents and the first one will be open very soon. Thank you again. I hope we have the opportunity to serve you and your family.
