My uncle stayed 20 days at Community Care after being in the hospital. The nurses and therapists got him better, where he could go back home. The workers were helpful, present, and firm when they needed to be(my uncle quite onry at times). I could tell they cared when they'd go above and beyond to make sure his therapy sessions were productive. At this building, there were activities and trips that were available. I recommend this place to anyone needing rehab to get stronger.

The facility was nice, small rooms. The care I received from some of the staff was not what I expected. Some of the staff seem to care about your well being but several were less than helpful. I would not stay there again or put my relative there.

Community Care is top notch. My family member has been in other facilities, and CCRC is by far the best. The nurses are caring, knowledgeable, and well-informed. They get to know each resident’s personality, likes and dislikes, as well as the family; residents are shown so much respect. When there are any changes in my loved one’s health, meds, attitude, etc, I am notified immediately. We love the animals in the facility because it makes it feel like home. Yes, the facility is old, but it is very well maintained and is always very clean.

My mother-in-law is in Community Care of Rutherford. It is an older facility, but the care is top notch. The food is very good. She loves the food. The rooms are small and plain. They have activities, but I don't know what they are. They have a sitting area, a game room, and rehab. The staff is very caring, patient, and knowledgeable.

My father was in this facility for less than 2 months where I observed the following: the facility was somewhat clean, but not pristine. The rooms were from the 1950's and not handicap equipped for patients with mobility issues. The staff were allowed to excessively medicate the patients to reduce one on one care which was enforced by the staff physicians. When we objected to this practice, the facility terminated our affiliation by trying to have my father committed to a physiatric facility. We went to Vanderbilt where he was declared sane, and found that some of his modified medications could develop dementia. We moved him to an assisted living facility and he spent his last 4 months in a loving enviorment. This app forced a minimum of one star, I would personally rate less than .005 of one star.

My dad was in Community Care of Rutherford County for two weeks for rehab from the hospital. I think the staff is very good; they were very caring. What we found was that the rooms were a little gloomy. Overall, the food was fine. I like all the therapists. The speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy were all excellent, really helped a lot. It was clean, no problem with sanitation.
