We looked at South Knoxville Senior Living. It's a nice place. If my mom comes down to Tennessee, that's probably where we're going to go. It's in our price range if we can get the veteran's assistance. It's pretty close to our house; it's only 40 miles from our house. They would provide two meals a day. Somebody is there 24 hours a day in case they need help. They have pull cords in the bathroom in case you fall in the bathroom. And they give you like a LifeAlert thing. The staff was very nice, too. There are five different houses and there are 11 people in each house. Everything is on the first floor; there are no steps. They have walk-in showers with a seat. Nice set-up. They have a salon. Each building has a little library area, a dining area, and a washer and dryer. They said they have bingo once a week. They have an area where they can play cards and have games. Once every two weeks, they take them out down the street there.
