Staff are really nice. The rooms are decently clean and food is good most days. I can't expect perfection but very satisfied with our experience.

My sister is in Orchard View Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center. She is in rehab, which is a very clean place, but very understaffed. We get a lot of mixed messages. When you're asking a question, one person will say one thing, another another. They have no phone in the room that the patient can use. The staff did what they could. She is in a private room, and the food is good.

My sister has been in Orchard View Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center for nine months now. As far as the physical, the facility appears to be clean and it seems to be well managed. I know my sister has not gotten a response as quickly as she would like to have for various things that she needs during her stay there. She is there right now in long-term care. We have had very helpful interactions with the staff. If it were me, I would want more windows. She has a roommate, and it's suitable. The only issue that she has had has something to do with her bed. It has not been operational for her. She is confined to the bed and has to have help with any movement from the bed. There was a point there where several days in a row she was not able to use the remote control to raise or lower the head of the bed. I don't think she has enjoyed the food, but from what I can tell, it seems to be healthy enough. I suggest more direct medical attention and physical therapy.
