Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! The staff fully embraced my mother in law and have made her feel totally at home. We were concerned about putting her in assisted living, but they've met every need and gone above and beyond with helping her! She brags every day about the 3 home cooked meals, someone else doing her laundry, and someone else cleaning her room for her. This is the place that you want to transition your loved one to for sure. I could not be more thrilled with the care that she's recieved!

We toured Brookdale Rock Springs. I like it very much. If I were choosing right now, that would probably be it. I like their apartments. It just felt good when I was there. I like the people. They did have some ground floor and that would be a good possibility for me. I liked the staff very much. We met a couple other staff from the other department and we liked them, too. They were very friendly.

My dad moved to Brookdale Rock Springs and our overall experience has been great. It is a very good community. Everybody's very supportive and we like the feel of the place. That's kind of why we chose it and the location was just wonderful as far as the locality to the house. Dad's room is nice. I like their particular open floor plan. Even though it's a studio, just seems more open. The staff is wonderful, very supportive, and very, very nice. Even as a guest, as we come in to bring things to him and things like that, everybody always says hi and everybody's so friendly. Dad's been very happy with the food. He can be a little bit particular though but if he likes the food, then it's probably really good.

We loved Brookdale Rock Springs the best. The staff were super friendly and we loved the facilities. We loved the one-bedroom apartments and the way it was set up. They also had a nice outdoor area. The people were active and it may just be that way. We were there at a time when people were out and having activities. The ladies that we saw were just very, very friendly and everybody seemed happy.

I visited Brookdale Rock Springs. It was pleasant and comfortable. They offer pretty much the same residential things, e.g., meals, socializing, and different things to entertain the residents. They also have a van that will take them out during the day for the residents that are able to go. This was before the virus, so I don't know what they offer now in terms of outside plans, but I do know they have activities for the seniors inside. The staff was courteous, pleasant, and caring. It was mid afternoon, so they were offering snacks for the residents, but we chose not to interfere and share in their snack time.

Brookdale Rock Springs was wonderful. They were friendly and everything was good except the facilities were on the smaller side and they did not have handicap bathrooms in all of their rooms. I only met one staff, and she was wonderful.

I liked that we got one-on-one attention when we visited Brookdale Rock Springs. It was very nice and we liked it very much. Everything in their brochure was pretty much there. The staff member that we met there was excellent, she was thorough, and explained everything very clearly and even followed up several times since our meeting. We saw a 2-bedroom suite and it was very nice.

We chose Brookdale Rock Springs for my dad because it is the nicest one in the area. The staff is very good at handling the people and caring for them. My dad is very happy there and does not want to leave. He has a big bathroom, a walk-in closet, a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen. It's a suite-type of arrangement. The food is OK, and sometimes he complains about it. He's still very independent there, but he does not have to clean his room or wash his clothes.

We chose this community because, firstly, the design of the facility itself. It is very open and it doesn't have necessarily the nursing home feel to it. They took a lot of effort on the whole decorum. It is very bright and cheerful. Their community rooms are very open and well-designed. Secondly, in terms of design, they got the rooms that we needed for my parents. My parents were able to get two adjoining studios that were larger than most of the places that we looked at. Their staff has been very helpful and very informative. I'm out of state but they keep me updated about them. They email me back when I have questions or concerns. It is also worth noting that their community relation person is very professional and helpful. So far, it has been a nice place for my parents. Also they enjoy their food there. One thing they could work on though is when they say they're going to do something, they need to follow through with it.

My father is a pastor, who would come to give evening services to the elderly here. Although the elderly are kept mainly confined to the building for safety purposes, they have a nice area out back that they are allowed to visit and sit with an employee on request. The people are cheerful, friendly, and the building is well-kept.

my grandfather lives there. he likes the gazebo and the courtyard. and he likes to listen to the piano player. he also like it because of the location of the facility. he loves to listen to the birds chirping outside. he loves to go waking on the wilderness trail. and the rooms are decent sized for a older person. it is set in a good location near the mall and the wilderness trail, and other attractions. it is also near bays mountain park and warriors path state park. he loves to go to bingo, the movies, and arts and crafts. he also likes to exercise in the exercise classes. he goes to all the church services available in the facility. he also enjoys the dining available at the facility. he says it reminds him of grandmas cooking. he likes the three meals a day the transportation and the apartment maintenance. so he doesn't have to do everything on his own.
