They've got topnotch rehabilitation and physical therapy. Everything is well-groomed and very clean. It's very convenient for most of our family members. My father is in a private room. The space is very adequate, it has a sink, he has his own bathroom, and a great view outside.

I really like Lakebridge, A Waters Community for someone who is looking for full care. That was really a positive. I got a tour of the whole facility, and that's a plus if you don't have an appointment because I just went in to get information. They offered a full tour, and that's good when they don't know you're coming. Everything was clean. I liked everything about the place. They recommended that I go to memory care because my mom still walks well, and she just needs redirection and all those kinds of things. I was taken into a few rooms there. They had some private rooms, but they had more double rooms, and I was more interested in a private room if possible. The staff members were very good. I was with three different ones there and it was all a really good experience. I didn't eat any food, but everything looked good. It seemed like there would be things that my mother would really like. She's pretty easy to please, but I was happy with what I saw.

My opinion, the therapy team were outstanding, couldn't ask for better. as for the cna's & nurses, for the most part I was impressed, but there were some that don't have the compassion or personality it takes to work w/the elderly or those there for therapy. Some are rude & uncaring. Getting showers is impossible, there's never anyone to give the resident's a shower's unless it's a bed bath.

My mother was at Lakebridge for rehabilitation following an illness. The rehab department is great. The best I have seen. Most of the nursing staff truly cares, and work extra hard. There are a couple bad ones in every crowd, but overall, this health care center is great. If you have doubts, get out and travel to some more and compare the atmospheres.

My husband has been a resident at Lakebridge 2 times. The physical therapy dept. is wonderful, very understanding of the residents needs. I'd give the physical therapy dept. a 5 star. The food is awful, I had to bring in food for my husband. My husband was on the 700 section and was pretty much forgotten by the nurses and aids. It takes forever for the nurse or aid to answer the call button. There was a couple of aids that was very good, when they were there. He had a private room , which was very nice, and a tv. He was in the very last room, that section was very quite, mainly because no one came down until they had to give meds. and clean , etc. The main reason we used Lakebridge was because of the physical therapy dept. and that I lived less than 10 minutes away. The social worker was extremely nice and helpful, as was all the office staff.

I was in this facility in July for rehab therapy following a total knee replacement. I was very pleased with the physical and occupational therapy staff. They worked diligently to help me function even better than pre-surgery. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. I had a private bathroom, but my only complaint was that I did not have a shower in my room. I had to shower in a "locker room" type facility with all the other therapy and nursing home patients. Overall the room and care was excellent.

I was not impressed at all with Lakebridge Health Care Center. From the time we walked in until the time my husband was discharged, there was a total lack of concern for him. I would not recommend it to anyone. The social worker did not communicate with us at all. My husband ended up going to a hospital because of pneumonia. He has gotten much worse in that nursing home. Whenever I am there, I could not find anybody to talk to. It seems they have too much patients to handle. We were not told that he was going to be discharged that day, and so we were not prepared.

I was at Lake Bridge for rehab. The people there were very nice and very polite and easy to talk to. My room is very clean, and I have a TV and a telephone right by my side. The bathroom is spotless clean all the time. The food is marvelous.
