My wife Mary has been a resident at the center for 3 and 1/2 years now. She came to the center in Aug 2016.She is long term she had a brain aneurysm when she was 45 years she is now 49 years old now. There are not enough kind words I can say for the kind caring staff that work at the center. Mary loves living at the center. She to total care and she loves her staff, they have become our family now. Mary can't talk but dose talk with her one hand, she understands everything that is going on. They make sure that ALL of her needs are met. From the outstanding Nurse and CNA'S that look after that day and night, are the BEST I have ever met they are so loving and caring, thoughtful and work very hard each and everyday. The therapy staff are among the best i have ever met. The house keeping staff do such an amazing job keeping the center looking great each and everyday. Maintenance staff always our on top of things at a drop of a dime. The dieary staff put in long hours and do a great job making sure my wife gets everything she needs. The office staff had helped me out with paper work, and ins. I don't know what I would have done with out them. Record staff and the in house social works haven been there not just for Mary but have helped me out more times then i can count. The management staff our outstanding and the center had one of the best if not the best director of nursing who always has a ooen door policy. The unit mangers always taken care of any concerns i have ever had. I can't forget Mary's nurse practitioner and Dr. has been taking care of Mary from day one and are the most caring i have ever met. I want to thank each and every one who take care of Mary or who have taken care of her and moved on...thank you Brian Mossburg

I'm in Jefferson City Health & Rehabilitation Center currently. It's been OK. John, the nurse, Linda, the nurse practitioner, and Suellen, one of the CNAs, is my best experience with them. They keep the place up very well, but when the patients are all together, they are a little rough to deal with. They keep the dining area clean. I haven't been anywhere else and I haven't seen any place else better or worse, so I'm going to rate it right there in the middle. The vast majority of the staff are very good. There's one or two that aren't good. Suellen, John, and Susie are all very good. They serve a geriatric menu or a menu for old people and they're having a rough time with the budget due to inflation. Medicare and the VA paid for it.

A friend of mine went with me to Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center. It was a quick visit. The staff was very kind and helpful. They showed us around and told us that they would keep an eye on my father. I felt very confident that they'll take really good care of him.
