I toured Hermitage Health and Rehabilitation for my mom. It was a much newer facility than many I've seen. I think that the physical appearance of the place, outside especially, was more attractive than your average place. It is also in a very good location. It's up on a steep hill, so, in wintertime, and you want to go visit somebody there, you need to know how to drive in winter conditions and on a steep hill. Nonetheless, I think it's a very nice place for the residents. Now, the only potential downside or potential negative is that I noticed it was extremely crowded. I just felt like they had a lot of patients. When I visited, it was a time for them to be out socializing and not be in their rooms, so the hallways were full of people. When my mom was moved out of rehab and into long-term care without having applied for Medicaid yet, they kind of stopped helping. I wasn't happy with that. When they thought they were going to have my mom as a resident, they were very nice and very helpful. But when she got moved out of rehab up in the place where she is now in Kentucky, that made it impossible to transfer here under Medicare. And so they just kind of dropped it. They said there's nothing they can do. And I was hoping they'd have been more helpful. The place is not brand new, but it looked new and it looked nice and clean.
