My husband moved to StoryPoint Collierville. The food is delicious, and the care is good. When the attendant brought his breakfast, she also brought menus for lunch and dinner so he could choose his meals for the rest of the day. They're very efficient. What I like the least is it's really up to the individual to furnish the place. I was aware of that, and that's my fault for not researching it better. Fortunately, the room they had available for him on Thursday was about three-quarters furnished. There was furniture in there, and it was very easy to rent a hospital bed. Everyone was very well organized, very efficient, very friendly, and very professional. I couldn't be happier. It arrived the same day. We had a very short wait for the hospital bed, less than an hour. So it worked out just fine. It's a lovely facility, very elegant. The staff has a perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. We haven't been there long enough for him to participate in any activities, but there are many things that we see on the list of activities that he can participate in, and we're looking forward to the physical therapy that he is going to receive.

StoryPoint has been such a blessing to our family. The staff is always so caring and helpful giving my mother-in-law a sense of family and a secure place to call home. The apartments are very homey but practical for anything a senior might require. They offer all types of fun activities for the residents including Bingo, outings around Memphis and various bands that come in weekly. From the dining staff to the front desk to the Director of Storypoint, my mother-in-law (and we) couldn't be more pleased.

My mom fell in love with Storypoint from the first tour! She loves the staff, the food, the events, the property and has made a ton of new friends. Tim, the Executive Director is absolutely the best and not only knows each and every resident but also the family members that come and go. The food is incredible too!

StoryPoint is full of some of the best neighbors I’ve ever had. These folks truly care about each other. Staff is wonderful. You can tell they like working there and they take their time to get to know all of us residents. We have happy hour on Thursdays with live music. There is always something going on. Food is phenomenal. Their chef comes and sits to talk to residents. Love this place.

We moved into StoryPoint Collierville, and it's wonderful. It's like living on a big cruise ship from London. Everyone has been very helpful. Any concern has been addressed and taken care of. They have meetings once a month that everyone can go to, and all the different departments are there so you can address any concerns. It's just really been great. With independent living, you get your evening dinner meal, and the food is delicious. They have two chefs there. You have your salad or soup, and then you have your pick of five different entrees. They have dessert every night. Plus, they have ice cream. They have an exercise room, a game room, and all types of activities. They have a bus that you can ride that takes you shopping and different things like that. It's a brand-new facility. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live.

Moving to StoryPoint Collierville was the best move I ever made! I have lived at StoryPoint Collierville for almost two years now and I love my apartment. The apartments are spacious with tall ceilings, granite countertops and lots of natural light. The community is clean and very nicely decorated, the food is delicious and I could not be more happy! We have many activities to choose from, I personally love playing bridge with my friends, others enjoy bingo, Happy Hour every Thursday with live music is popular as well as the many outings and special events! We have transportation if needed for doctors appointments, grocery shopping, etc. The community atmosphere is one of family and happiness from the Executive Director on down. We have a multi media room, private dining, housekeeping and maintenance services all available to the residents and families. If you are a senior in need of senior living, look no further, StoryPoint Collierville is the community to call home!

We very much liked StoryPoint Collierville. We've been over there to take a tour a couple of times, and we were all very taken with what they offered. I think it's the place we wanted to go to. We were very pleased not only with the director and the staff, but with the layout and the options for the different apartments. It also included not only dining in the dining room, but a couple of other places where meals could be purchased. They included a place to have our hair done and a mailbox for each of us, not only for the Postal Service but for residents' information. It offered many opportunities for travel to different places around the area. It had a place for movies. There were several games and small groups that interested us. One was a military group of men, which my husband found very interesting. They didn't have a swimming pool, but that was certainly not a deciding factor for us. They offered chair exercises in their little exercise room, and I think that will be sufficient for us. Our interaction with the staff was very good. We were walking down the hall to look at another apartment and the administrator was walking by, and we were introduced to him. He was very personable and we enjoyed visiting with him very much. Because we were there just past the lunch hour, they sent us home with lunches, and I thought that was very thoughtful. It was very complete and very tasty. It was very good. One thing that was interesting as we toured the building was that their kitchen facility and preparation area were behind glass walls so that the residents could walk by and see how the food was being prepared. I thought that was very, very good. Their apartments were a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom. Another thing that pleased us was that they had a new wing that they called Extended Living, which was designed for assisted living. It was also important to us that this was not a continuing care facility that required a large upfront payment, which was something we didn't feel like we could do.

StoryPoint Collierville is nice and elegant. It doesn't have a pool, but the staff is excellent. Miss Brandi liked my dog, and she and my dog got along just fine. The rooms were nice, but I thought they were small. They got a good veterans group there. They do a lot for their veterans, and they have live entertainment for them. The community is nice in a way, but it doesn't have water aerobics, which I'm very interested in because I got a bad knee, so that's a drawback for them for me. The staff said they have yoga but they don't have Tai chi. She said they have bingo, and live entertainment sometimes, and they have people come in to play the piano. They got a baby grand piano. The apartments look freshly put together compared to other places. It's nice like the other place but not in the same class. The staff who toured me was very nice. She's very good. Miss Brandi was excellent. However, they don't have a dog park or a place for your dog to let your dog walk and stuff.

I went to Story Point to visit a friend. I ate lunch and was given a tour of the facilities Story Point is a gem. The amenities are top notch. The entire facility was spotless. I enjoyed a great lunch and they have an excellent menu. The staff was very accommodating and seemed to enjoy being there. I had an opportunity to visit a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious with a great floor plan.

My mother was here. Very nice room and facilities. Meals were very good. Staff had little turnover, which is really important since they were able to learn just what she needed. Physical therapist and hairdresser were onsite, On-site doctor visits and prescription delivery. Everyone from the executive director to caregivers to housekeeping to waitresses were kind and knew the residents by name.

StoryPoint Collierville was really a great place. They have independent living and extended care. The facility was bright, clean, and impressive. We had lunch there, and the food was great. The grounds were nice, and there were outdoor walking trails and such. Everyone we met was great. They had lots of activities for their tenants. The apartments were very nice. We looked only at one-bedroom places and they were super. There's plenty of room and some have complete kitchens. Some just have a refrigerator if you don't need a full kitchen. They had balconies and patios in all the rooms.

From the 1st time my Mom and I visited StoryPoint she was impressed with the beauty of the facility and the amenities/services provided. This facility is so much more personal, cozy and neighborhood-like than the huge, mega-communities in the area. It was a hands-down winner from all the other local retirement communities! She has been nothing but thrilled with her lovely patio apartment, the many activities in which she participates, the kind/helpful staff. She has become one of the new resident Ambassadors and I couldn't be more pleased that she made the choice to move into Collierville StoryPoint!

The facility and all of the employees are amazing! There are so many activities provided by the facility every day as well as outings and special events. The meals are always fabulous and the option to eat in the dining room or in your own apartment is nice. They provide laundry service, cleaning, exercise, crafts, and so much more!!

From the first time I stepped in the door of Story Point, I have had nothing but a positive experience. I was most impressed that the executive director took time from his busy schedule to meet me that day. My husband, my senior dog and myself settled into our comfortable apartment and began enjoying the amenities. Room service, the Bistro, happy hour with entertainment, additional help from the enhanced living facility, and daily activities to name a few. Everything done with smiles from staff! My favorite part of the day is gathering for dinner. Since I no longer enjoy cooking, having a beautiful, healthy, and delicious meal delivered to a table of friends is the best!

This is a beautiful facility but what makes it so special is the Executive Director, Tim. His heart for the residents is as big as all outdoors and they love him right back. The food is good, the activities are plentiful and we don’t worry about our loved ones Safety. The apartments are roomy and clean.

I have visited Story Point to enjoy time with a special family member. It is an excellent independent senior living residence in every way possible; love the MANY smiling faces! Smiles are understandable with the beauty and comfort of each area. The dining atmosphere of the bistro and formal dining room, with varied menu items, can easily satisfy each resident and guest. But, probably, the highlight is the caring, helpful staff; A+ rating from me!

We have visited a friend who lives here twice. He gave us a tour of the facilities and we met several staff members. The facility was beautifully decorated with high end-looking furnishings, spearing bright and cheerful. The staff we met we so friendly & respectful. His apartment was so spacious and his large kitchen was open to his living room. The hallways outside of his apartment were beautifully decorated, wide and bright lighting. Our second visit was on Father’s Day for lunch there. The luncheon was better than any restaurant we could have chosen with a menu listing multiple entrees to choose from and a buffet of many appetizers, and desserts. The atmosphere was so elegant & nice, and the staff serving us were so kind - they did an excellent job. Our food was delicious. Collierville is a charming community with a beautiful town square with everything you need. What a wonderful setting to live!

Our mother recently began the next phase of her life at Story Point. My brother was heavily involved working with our Mother on the selection of Story Point given that he lives locally. I visited the facility and stayed there for 5 days to "kick the tires" and see what it was really like. WOW.....would be my best explanation to describe what I experienced during my time there. Beginning with the leadership team that has built a strong culture of true caring and being actively engaged in all aspects of running the facility. I saw that no job is too large or small for the leadership team to "jump in" and support. They know the names of the people living there and always seem to be upbeat. The culture they have built (are building) can be seen from everyone from the front desk person to the restaurant workers to the Caregivers. I left knowing that one of the people I love most in my life is in the right place and confident that she will be well taken care of.

I wanted to let you know how happy our family was with StoryPoint and the efforts everyone made to make my Dad’s 100th birthday celebration a happy and memorable occasion. From the StoryPoint birthday party Friday to the very special dinner Saturday night everyone remarked at how pleased they were with Dad’s new accommodations and how the whole staff made them feel welcome. When I had my first tour back in April, I knew this was the best place for Dad when he moved to Collierville. I can say that StoryPoint has exceeded my expectations. Thanks again from our Family,

The StoryPoint facilities, services, and staff are all exceptional! My parents recently had a house fire and have had to relocate for 6 months while their home is being repaired. They initially moved into a “traditional” apartment but we quickly realized that was not the best solution for two still active but golden aged seniors. Since my sister and I both live out of town, we had less than a week to find somewhere else for them to stay. Someone recommended StoryPoint and from the very first call they were more than helpful and understanding of our situation. My sister went by for a visit and was immediately sold. She brought our parents for a visit and they loved it. I must say that Donna in the front office is amazing. She worked with us to get a slightly modified lease that will allow my parents to move back into their home once the repairs are complete then she helped to get all the paperwork expedited so that the whole process from 1st visit to move-in was a little over 1 week. StoryPoint has everything my parents need. The apartments are well designed to allow both of them to move through doorways with their rolling walkers. Elevators are conveniently located so they don’t have to walk too much to get to one BUT even if they get tired, there are rails along the hallway walls as well as sitting areas with chairs or a small couch at each end of the floor. My mom likes the laundry area on their floor that has a large rolling clothes basket and a TV with a sitting area for convenience. The washers and dryers are free but they found out last week that the building will pick up their towels and linens and wash them for free if they’re left outside the door I think on Wednesday or Thursday morning. You can pay if you want laundry service for clothes, etc. The units have a large walk in closet with a motion sensor light but not a whole lot more storage so we pay for a storage locker that’s located right next to the laundry room. It’s probably 6x4x4. There is a nice covered patio area with tables and chairs where we sat out one morning just to relax. The courtyard next to the patio has a path that my mom did one half lap around (with her walker) to get some extra exercise. My mom loves the fact that there’s always something to do. She calls the exercise classes P.E. and enjoys the seated class as well as the more active one where they can use light weights. She’s done Bingo a couple times and they both signed up to go on their first “field trip” with other residents to a nearby restaurant. I stayed with them the first 2 nights there and went to dinner one night. Dinner is like going to a full-service restaurant. They have a different menu every night. Waiters take your order and serve it. The food was nice. The residents are so welcoming! That first night several of the residents came over and introduced themselves at dinner. One night my mom went downstairs to dinner alone because my dad was out fishing and she said that several of the ladies welcomed her to their table so she wouldn’t have to eat alone. On nights where they don’t want to go down, they’ve ordered dinner and had it brought up to their room (I think there’s a small fee of a couple dollars for that). The staff is just as friendly and helpful as the residents. Several of them stopped and talked to us as we walked around those first couple days and my parents have met almost all of them since then. Even the staff from the assisted living side have stopped by to engage them in conversation. One other thing I like is the check-in. It surprised them at first but they found out that you have to call down to the front desk by a certain time each morning to check-in. If no one hears from you they contact you directly either by phone or a knock on the door. My sister and I felt so much better returning to our respective home states knowing that our parents are in such good hands at StoryPoint. I could go on and on. If you are even slightly considering this place, stop by to check it out and ask for Donna!!

This is a brand new facility. As such, it is very clean and contemporary. The grounds are beautiful and there are many areas to relax outside, including patios and a courtyard. Inside, there’s a bistro and restaurant. Activities are abundant, from offering exercise classes to Bible study and bingo. Food and beverage socials plus daily door-to-door treats are regularly planned. Residents are also able to be shuttled on outings around town. The safety features are key and include 24-hour staffing, emergency call lights, and accessible apartments. Administration and staff have been welcoming and accommodating. I know my mom is in good hands and I am extremely pleased with the overall experience. I would highly recommend StoryPoint to other seniors.

The facilities are beautiful! It is a comfort to have Mom living amongst her own things and all the amenities a new residence has to offer. However, the most exciting thing for us is how loving and caring the staff is. They focus on the residents, giving many opportunities to be active and have fun doing it. It’s a joy to see Mom busy with people she enjoys being with.

The StoryPoint team and facility has been awesome. From the moment we visited, they have been extremely professional , helpful, and accommodating in more ways than My Dad and could have ever imagined. Transitioning to a retirement community was a new experience and StoryPoint knew so much and handled his new chapter extremely well. He is so happy and we are very pleased with our decision. He enjoys the amenities and looks forward to the activities and daily chef prepared menus. Thank you StoryPoint!

I would highly recommend Story Point to anyone considering assisted living for themselves or a loved one. The residents rooms, as well as the facility, are beautifully appointed and go beyond to meet the needs of those living there. In addition, the staff is very friendly and works tirelessly to make residents feel at home. They have made my mom feel special, which I think is so important during this new phase of life! As far as the meals, you will not be disappointed!!! The food is delicious!!!!!!! All in all, I do not hesitate to give Story Point 5 STARS!!!

We'll be moving into StoryPoint Collierville. Our experience with it was excellent. The facilities were excellent and clean. The employees were very helpful and pleasant, and they met all of our needs. They have an art studio, and they have classes in ceramics, excursions, and culinary classes. Once we saw this facility we didn't want to go any further.
