My mother was at Life Care Center of Collegedale and I would give them a one star because of their inability to care for their patients. I had to go up there and do things for my mother that they were getting paid a lot of money to do. I had to go up there and make them give my mother fluids because she was dehydrated. I had to go bathe my mother because they weren't bathing her. I had to argue and fight for everything I got for her the entire time she was there. Their system is broken.

I liked Life Care Center. They had a very good and responsible staff and had everything necessary for senior citizens to adapt to a life away from home. They had an ice cream shop, barber shop, and all sorts of facilities for physical therapy and doctors. It’s not too big or too small and is a very well-organized system for move her up in. The environment is very calm and most of all, the physical therapist was very good with the patients.
