Shout out to wing 4 staff! Jessica, Kaitlyn, Autumn. The housekeeper either Victoria or Vicky. My grandma discharged today and the love and care she received shows! She can’t remember everyone’s names but those that she can made a huge impact. Thank you to all the staff who helped her. She was able to transfer herself out of the car today, we didn’t think she would make as much progress as she did and you guys made that happen! Thank you for loving her during the pandemic when family couldn’t be there! ❤️❤️ We are forever greatful! She will miss you all!

My mom is still in the nursing home, Bradley Health Care & Rehab. There are a couple of nurses that are good. But other than that, I don't like anything at all. They're horrible. They never give medicines on time. They don't take care of the people. They're rude. I tried their food, and it's usually burnt, hard and cold. And with regard to the facilities, they have black mold in the showers. They have activities, and that's okay. The rooms are pretty much the same in the hospital room. The nurses are usually complaining about having to be at work. They don't want to come and see the patients. They try to say things like, 'I only have to come in here once every couple of hours. And you ask for too much.'

The visit at Bradley Healthcare was very productive. It was very good, and they were very open. They do the fieldtrips, and they have different activities like dancing, exercise, and movie nights. The rooms were a little bigger, and it seemed like they can have more of their own things in this one. The staff was very helpful and good. One of the things I really appreciate was they take every person’s health into consideration -- what they can eat, what they can’t eat, what they do like, and what they don’t like. I don’t have any problems. It’s very nice, and I really felt like they really cared; it was like it was their own parents.

I thought it was horrible when I first walked in there. The rooms were small and everything is old. It doesn't look like a modern facility. I didn't want my dad to be there because I hated how it looked. But since he had been there for a while, I think he was getting a really good care. The people at Bradley Healthcare & Rehab Center are the best. They seemed to know their patients really well. They were nice and sweet to my dad. They really had great people there.
