The room my mother had was lovely. It had a separate bedroom, living room, bathroom and a small kitchenette. The flooring was new when we moved in and it was freshly painted. There were so many windows to make the living area sunny and bright which was important. The space felt like a home and did not have the “institutional ” feel like so many assisted living places have. The care and individual attention that was given to our mother was above and beyond. Every employee knew her name, her likes and her dislikes and catered to her needs. They made her feel special every time she stepped out of her room. There were countless activities that she could participate in from field trips to entertainment. One of her favorite days was “Lovely Lady Day.” She was pampered with make up and jewelry and a beautiful photo was made of her that day. I cherish it. She made some sweet friends while there. The food was excellent! When she didn’t feel up to going to the dining room, she had meals brought to her. Her medical care was also top notch. We were heard when asking questions regarding her care and treatment plan. We just can’t say enough wonderful things about StoryPoint. While no assisted living can feel like being in your home, it was the closest you could possibly come.

The size and layout of StoryPoint is so appropriate for older adults. It has a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the building and the hallways form a square around it, so it's easy to navigate. There are various options on room sizes depending on needs and price points. The Chef prepares beautiful meals with so much variety while maintaining healthy options. The staff is always helpful, polite and does a great job accommodating the various needs of the residents. The Life Enrichment also provides so much variety for the residents .... music, trips to nearby places, games, exercise & so much more!

Food is great in dining room, not so much in memory care as preparation area needs a lot of attention. Activities are excellent. Communication with staff is subpar. Interior & exterior rooms could use better housekeeping. Have to hire additional care professionals to maintain hygiene. Safety within facility concerning other residents is reprehensible.

My Mom has been at StoryPoint for over 5 years now. Her room has always been clean. I have never had to address this with any one. The food always looks amazing & the portions are good. The Staff who work around or with my Mom are very friendly & very knowledgable. They are very caring & always willing to go out of there way to ensure any needs are taken care of. It is comforting to know that my Mom is taken care of like she were family.

Story Point of Chattanooga is a smaller facility which can provide fantastic individual care for you or your family member. My Father is in the memory care unit and receives excellent care. My original goal was to find a facility where he would be safe and be provided the care and dignity he deserves. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. When you arrive, you feel at home. When you meet the staff, you quickly realize this is not a job, it's a calling for them. Food is great, executive staff is easy to work with. They have an open-door policy and make themselves available at all hours of day and night. I cannot say enough about this facility. Rooms are nice, activities plentiful, advice and knowledge is unparalleled Thank you, Story Point of Chattanooga, for making a home for my dad, and thank you for welcoming me and my family as yours. I love visiting my dad and I love seeing the staff. I can now be his daughter vs his caregiver. He is in great hands.

They are all about making money. Truly all they care about. They will promise you the moon. Just know in memory care your loved one will only be in room to sleep at night. Rest of day will be sitting up in wheelchair. Found my loved one soaked multiple times. Glasses somehow got broken there also.

I toured StoryPoint Chattanooga. The facilities themselves are very good, but the quality of care is one of my main concerns. They don't have adequate staffing. I know that they do everything that they say they can do. I didn't see the cafeteria. I just saw the dining facilities. It looked good. The hallways were very good. They're very wide. The floor is wheelchair friendly. The rooms seem to be very good. I wasn't impressed with the handicapped bathroom bars. They seem to be a little bit short compared to where my wife is now.

I went to StoryPoint Chattanooga. The facility was beautiful. It was very well laid out. They had a lot of lovely outdoor areas for people because I know that if it's not a gazillion degrees outside, I'd love to be outside. And they did have activities where they would take them on the ride up the mountain because the mountain is right there. It was a great place. The only drawback was it was a little out of my price range. The staff was fabulous. The dining room was beautiful and the menu looked amazing. And there was always a good meal available, an additional menu that people could have any time of day. It was pretty good.

Took a wonderful and informative tour with Lisa. She was extremely helpful and we were very impressed with the cleanliness, overall appearance, and friendliness of the staff members. It appears that the activity programming is bountiful and many residents were enjoying various group activities. We were given a menu and the options were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Storypoint Chattanooga.

We liked the location of StoryPoint Chattanooga and the longevity of their staff. They had some activities and we saw where their dining area was. They also had a patio area. It was an older place, but there were probably some things that they could do to make it a little more homey in the memory care area. One of the hospitals is within five minutes from that facility, and then probably five minutes the opposite direction are a few fast food restaurants.

I went to StoryPoint Chattanooga. When I got there, the maintenance guy was out front and he said, 'When you're moving in?' I said, 'Well, I'm not sure. I hadn't looked at it yet.' And he said, 'Well, all I got to say is Welcome Home.' So the staff was very cordial. It's like they live there and they're very joyful about the place. I got to tour a one-bedroom; it's very clean. Every one of the rooms was very clean like the lobby. When you first walk in, it's always very clean. The dining area was the least favorite dining room that I saw. It was toward the back of the building, so it wasn't very open to me. It looked very small and compact. I just didn't like the location of where it was. The staff who took me around introduced me to people, and the residents would come up and say something. So everybody was very happy and joyful, too. People were eating when I went because it was around lunchtime, and they bragged about the chef and all.

This community is clean, professionally managed, and looks practically brand new with the recent renovations. Staff is friendly, helpful and abundant- something you rarely see these days. I love coming to Storypoint where my mom receives the BEST care available. I highly recommend this community.

We toured StoryPoint Chattanooga yesterday. It was very nice and everything. It would have been great, but my mom just requires more skilled nursing than they have. They are just more assisted living and not skilled. For assisted living, it was a very nice facility. Actually, we saw both assisted living and memory care. The staff we spoke with were very knowledgeable and very helpful. The place itself was very nice, very good, clean, and neat. They had a salon, a courtyard, and a patio. It was very nice.

I was very impressed with StoryPoint Chattanooga. I saw their assisted living. They were very friendly and the facilities they had, I thought, were good. They give a lot of freedom. These are the things that impressed me more than anything. It is situated on a very busy road and people are allowed out and they can go in their own car. My husband would not be able to do that but he would enjoy the facility they have. I thought I would feel very safe about it. I was impressed by the lady who took my name when we went there. The place has been redone. I think it was closed during COVID and they had a lot of upgrades done to it. The upgrades were very nice. The living conditions, I thought, were very impressive and the people were nice. Alyssa was more than interested in answering any question I had. She was very prepared and very relaxed and I never once saw her on edge. I'm a retired businesswoman. I knew what I was doing and what I was looking for, but she seemed very light and very quick, and willing to answer in-depth any questions that I had. They said they would probably check my husband in the assisted living level. The only concern I have is if my husband would be there in the standard assisted living, then he would have access in and out of the front door and that would bother me. I was also surprised that they did not do a test on him.

I visited for my sister. It was clean, neat, and looked very pleasant. I did not meet anybody except the lady who opened the door, let me in, and kind of brought me around; she was nice. The place was lovely.

Our visit was OK. It was just a little discombobulated. One staff was nice and the other one didn't want to be bothered. The facility had more of an institutional feel instead of a homey feel. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was nice, and they had a little kitchenette. It's 40 miles from where I live, so it was a little out of my area. The surroundings were pretty though.

I was impressed. They were going to put my mother-in-law in a regular room. The room was further from the dining room, but it was a very homey feeling. The community is a little bit further away from where we all live, but it is nice. The residents seemed happy. They have all kinds of activities planned everyday. They have a library and a reading activity where someone reads to them. They have a piano room where someone plays the piano.

I have my father here now. It’s not a very large place. He has a nice room next to the outside window. They have other rooms larger than that, but we’re satisfied with it. It’s institutional food, but my father says it’s OK. He has gained some weight, so he must be enjoying it. The staff seemed to be efficient, attentive, and conscientious. They have several activities. They give him therapy, but I don’t think they have a therapy room.

My mother has been a resident here for several months now. She is able to have her own space while enjoying all the facilities opportunities to socialize. We are thankful for staff!

My uncle moved in three weeks ago. It was very friendly, and it had pretty grounds with a lot of outside places. They have three meals a day that appear to be really good, and he likes it. He has a one-bedroom with a living room, a bath, and a kitchenette. It's very spacious. He likes wine and cheese on Friday nights, and they go out to eat every Friday. I'm really pleased with it so far.
