My father is in Stoneybrook Suites. They do a wonderful job. They have a couple of options for apartments: studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. The food is wonderful, and the dining room has community-style tables. They have a movie theater, a coffee bar, go on field trips, and have a shuttle bus to take you back and forth to doctors. They are very caring, very good, and do a very nice job.

As we first pulled up to the place, I could tell it would be a really nice place and my grandma would enjoy it. Stoneybrook Suites is quite expensive, but it is not really a problem for my grandma. All the staff are really nice and supportive. The food is not all that bad, and the exercise equipment is good enough for an assisted living facility. The residents that live there are all nice and my grandma enjoys playing cards with them about once a week. When I am that old I would really enjoy staying at a place like that, and feel comfortable that if anything would happen to my grandma the staff would be capable of taking care of the situation. My grandma absolutely loves the place, and said that living there has been some of the best years of her life since her husband passed away. All in all I give this place a 5 out of 5.

The rooms were very nice, they had adequate space for personal possessions and were not at all cramped. The staff members were friendly and attentive during my visit, and my grandfather has also commented multiple times on the helpful nature of the staff members. The facility itself is quite a beautiful building. The dining room has a high ceiling that gives it a very open feeling. The construction was clearly not cheap, as the materials that the building itself is constructed of is solid and nice. Each room is well lit and was clean at the time of my visit. My grandfather has remarked that the food served is quite good, and adequate in terms of portion size. I am unsure if each room has a bathroom attached to it, but the room that my grandfather was in did and he liked that because he felt that it assured him of privacy. He felt that the staff was respectful and did not treat him poorly, which I was very happy to hear. All in all, a great facility as far as I can tell.
