My husband has been in Rolling Hills Healthcare for two years now. It's clean. Most of the staff is quite friendly and caring. I don't have any complaints, except for the cost and then the distance from me, if I could afford it, I would keep him there. He's made friends there. It could use a remodeling. It's pretty good, but it's getting a little worn out. They have bingo, other games like trivia, they have music trivia and other kinds of trivia. They have parties like a St. Patrick's Day party, or every holiday, which is nice. They enjoyed that. They have birthday celebrations once a month and then they bring in cake and punch, or whatever. They have two different kinds of churches. They have a Catholic service, that's weekly, and then they also have a Christian service, where a couple of ladies come in and sing and have their church. They have some activities, very few because of the COVID thing, where they bring kids in to sing, or have a little program, or decorate the windows. But lately, the kids haven't been able to come inside. For Halloween, they have a good deal for costumes, and it seems like they always have little things for the residents. On Cinco de Mayo, they had big hats, sombreros, and for St. Patrick's they had little hats for that, and they always have little extras. I think they do pretty well. My husband just thinks the food is wonderful. He said almost everything is really good.
