Spring Park seems nice. One of my friends there has started playing bridge again, which she gave up for years because she didn't have anyone to play with, and she has friends who play bridge now, so she's happily playing bridge again. Most of the people seem quite content there. It seems like they have a very tight knit community. It seems like the residents get along well together, and it seems like they have a lot of fun, so they have a lot of activities. They have a craft area that they can do small crafts, and they have people who come in to entertain who do music. I think my friend likes Spring Park. She seems to like it. She's adjusted well. She lived alone, and she lived out in the country, so she didn't see many people, and so that was a problem for her. The staff seems nice. The place is very clean and very neat. The apartments are quite comfortable. It's a very nice-looking place from the outside, and the inside is very neat and very clean. Every time I visit, it looks like they're active, either they have a musical program or something. I know they have a beauty shop, and I think they have an activities director who does nails or what have you.

The rooms are nice and they are cleaned weekly and daily if needed. The staff was always polite and kind to my family member. If there was a problem the managers were there to listen and responded quickly. I would highly recommend Spring Park.

The sales team tried to upsell us from the first week. They did not give medicines on multiple occasions. The room was cleaned only once a month instead of the weekly cleaning guaranteed, and only after issuing multiple complaints. We were repeatedly told that they had staffing issues over several months that explained the various shortcomings. They charged us for a full month even though we only received 2 days of care, and they said the refund could take 4-8 weeks. We've been waiting 13 weeks and they refuse to give a response other than they have been very busy. Buyer beware!

The entry area at Spring Park is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful, and the dining area was nice. The housekeeping was very excellent and individual units were livable. We like it, but it's just that it was assisted living and that was not what we need. They're mostly like studios, but they do have a few units that have separate bedrooms. That's what we were looking at, and that was nice. They have a lot of scheduled activities. The people that live there seem to participate in the outings and all that kind of stuff. They have nice facilities and nice offerings. They have public areas, gathering areas, and that sort of thing. The facility is nice. The staff who gave us the tour was informative and helpful. I did not try the food, but the menu looks interesting and fine. They do cater, if you have special dietary needs, they handle that.

I went to Spring Park. The people seemed very genuine, and they had activities going. When we got there, there was an activity going on. When we were leaving, there was an activity going on. Every other facility that we saw kept saying, "Oh well, because of COVID, we don't have activities." COVID is still going on, but they had masks that they did activities with, and that's part of the whole reason why you go to a facility because you know you need more people and need interaction. The staff who toured us was excellent and very thorough. They had three different sizes of rooms. The one that we were looking at had a little kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. They had a courtyard. They actually had raised gardens, so that the residents could garden if they wanted vegetables or flowers. My mom is moving there, but we had to wait for availability.

We have placed mom at Spring Park. They seemed to be a very kind and caring community and very efficient. The rooms were very large. The cleaning staff does an amazing job. The patient care team is very quick to notify us in case of any concerns. They seem to work well together, the patient care staff, the front office staff, the cleaning team, the cafeteria, and the dining room team. She is currently on the assisted living side. She's been there a couple of months now. The food that I enjoyed there has been phenomenal. Everything I have had has been well prepared and very tasty. I would recommend that alone to anyone. They do all their laundry and things of that nature for them. They have bingo, church services, crafts, storytime where a lady reads a book, and they have multiple musicians in and out weekly. There's quite a lot going on. Compared to several other facilities, they're right on target for their monthly pricing.

I am in Spring Park now. It's nice, they keep it clean. People that visit have remarked about the cleanliness of the place. I think the staff do a good job. We haven't had anyone here with the virus. We've had about six people, I think, that checked positive, but then the next test would be negative, so they've all been false positives. They've kept us out of the way of it anyway. I think the food is very good. We have a chef that used to be the chef at a place which is for rich people really. They have very expensive homes up there. He was there for several years, and he's been here now, I believe, for five years. We have a lady who is full time in the acitivities department, and she's always got something planned for the people.

My mother is in Spring Park. They have some good staff, but some aren't so, and some don't follow directions. It's beautiful and clean. They play games. The food is great. I've used the laundry service, and they have an exercise room.

I think everything at Spring Park was very nice. The only thing I didn't particularly care for was that once you walk out the door, the scenery is not unpleasant but not pleasant. You look out on a big field. We saw a couple of the rooms, the front lobby, and a library area where people were working on puzzles. We also saw the dining room and were impressed with the information they had, and the way they do the dining. They involved the residents in sharing certain things they like or dislike about the menu. We were also really impressed with the staff's upbeat attitude. I got the impression that they really enjoyed what they were doing.

My grandmother was at Spring Park. It's much newer, but they had issues with a lot of staff turnover, so that was kind of a negative. They definitely had a nice facility, but they just don't tend to maintain staff members very well. The food was good. Everything around it was nice. They had a very good recreation director and the activities were sufficient.

My mom has been in memory care at Spring Park. It's a very nice place and the staff is excellent. The food is good. They play Bingo, sing, and walk around. My mom's room is nice and clean.
