I toured Rock Hill Grove Senior Living. I spoke with Laura and really liked her a lot. She was wonderful. I liked the layout of the facility, and the rooms because they are larger than some of the places I looked at. It's a small community, like 49 apartments. They had a very high referral rate from friends and family, so that's positive. Some of the apartments which would include the one that my mother could have, have been remodeled a little bit and have granite countertops right in the little kitchenette, and new carpet. So there are some areas that have been renovated. The drawback would be, the carpet throughout the hallways is very old, worn, and stained. Some areas need to be painted or updated. Laura introduced me to a few other people. Everyone that we spoke to was very pleasant, very friendly, and had a lot of smiles. We had a resident who walked right up to us, introduced herself to me, and asked me my mother's name because she wanted to greet her and welcome her if she moves in. And then she took me to her apartment. She said you need to see an apartment that's furnished. She let me see what hers looked like. She was so sweet. So that helps a lot to see an apartment that somebody actually lived in that was really nice.

The first thing that we liked about Rock Hill Grove Senior Living was the area where it was located. As soon as you turn off the road and you go down a driveway, there's that beautiful complex there. I liked the happiness of the residents and the cleanliness of the entire complex. The apartments were very nice and the bathrooms were very thought out with the grab bars and seats in the showers and walk-in showers. Laura was great. She took care of us, showed us around, and explained everything to us. The greatest amenity was the food, the room size, and the closets. The friendliness of the place was awesome, from the residents to the people working there. They do exercises, they have a room where they do activities (from cooking to arts and crafts), and they also do other activities that we liked. This month, they're supposed to have a ball where they dress the residents up in ball gowns and they'll have a little dance to make them feel a part of. It's wonderful. It was just a great experience.

We placed our sister where my mother is, which is the Rock Hill Grove Senior Living. They were very accommodating at Rock Hill Grove with the whole move-in process, and they have also been very good about figuring out exactly what my sister needed, and accommodating me. They've been good to update me, and I the care that she's receiving I'm very pleased with. She's in a 1-bedroom apartment with a living room space, a kitchenette, a large closet, and a large bathroom. But they have a variety, they have 2-bedroom apartments and they have studio apartments. They're just recovering from COVID with some of those activities, but they do have a variety. They take them on various field trips, they take them to grocery stores like Dollar Tree, they offer exercise and religious services, and they have bingo. And they have gatherings where they do things like Jeopardy and they have a Family Night one Thursday a month. They have a beauty salon and they have a place where you can get your nails done, they have someone who comes there. My mother's room has a courtyard off of her room. And my sister does not have that, but she has access to another courtyard. They have about 12 rockers on the front porch, and they do activities out there, sing-alongs, and things like that. They've had the same chef for 20 years.

I went to the community. I was pleased with everything about it, but my mother is not able to do assisted living. She needs skilled nursing. It was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was just there briefly. The model apartment I saw was fully furnished. It was very nice and clean.

It is clean and tidy. They're renovating a couple of the alcove apartments, but the alcove that I saw I liked. They have a nice big closet. One looks out to the flower garden, and it's nice. The people that were there were sweet. They seemed friendly and the staff was talking to them and I was too. The staff who gave me the tour was helpful and everything. Some people are worried about the COVID so they have a lock and you have to press the doorbell. They want people to know that they're being careful in who they're letting in and you have to wear a mask. The facility was bright and cheerful.

It was very nice, clean, and roomy. We were impressed, and they had very nice people. They had a kitchenette in the apartment, and the one we liked had a separate bedroom and living area and had access to an enclosed courtyard which would have been very nice. They had some kind of a party going on and manicures that day. I liked that it was sunny and very pleasant. They didn't have anybody entertaining officially, just the people there. The staff who helped us was not the one we were expecting, but she filled in, did a good job, and answered all our questions.

The reason why we chose them was because they were one of the few in the area that had respite care. The staff are very nice, and I am very pleased with them. They worked with us with everything. They communicated with us with whatever we needed

It was very nice. It had outdoor rooms where people could go and not have to worry about them losing their way back, so it was nice. The rooms were very nice and quite roomy. They were very roomy, airy, friendly, and clean.

They are a 5-star place in my book. It’s small, very clean, and very personal and has great staff. It's convenient, close to home, and easy to go over and visit, so it has a lot of pluses for us.

We visited the community. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a very nice place tha had craft classes, exercises, bingo, and outings. Everything was adequate, and it would be a place where I would like my mom to go.

I chose them because it's near where my nephew lives and it's a very nice place. I like it. The staff are very helpful. They did their best to help you and I've never been treated badly or had any problems with the people here at all. I've been here just about three weeks now. The food is very good. They have a lot of stuff going on and they have a calendar to tell you everything you could do. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

I liked them a lot. The facility was a community type. I liked the cleanliness and all the plants in the place. I would send my dad to that one and I would recommend it to others.

We wanted to find the best assisted living facility in Georgetown. Thankfully the people here were recommended to us. The facility is really beautiful. The dining and the food is like in a five star hotel. They've also been able to narrow down our search for the specific type of assisted living care facility for my aunt. During this overwhelming emotional period, they were also able to help us understand the confusing Medicare/Medicaid, which helped us with the financial aspects of making a choice. I would recommend them to anyone that needs quality care for their loved ones.
