The food is always cold. The employees fight each other and the police were called. Some employees act, respond rudely when you ask questions. They do not answer the phone. I believe every patient is diagnosed with COVID.

My grandmother is in there right now after a surgery on her hip. They seem to be understaffed and/or too lazy to help. When I walked in all 4 nurses in her area were playing on their phones rather than helping the patients. She was scheduled to get a pain pill at 2pm and here it is 315pm and we cannot seem to find the nurse nor can anyone it seems. She has also been sitting in her depends for way to long and the lady that does it had an excuse both times she came in and they haven't helped her yet. This is no way to treat our elderly patients.

My Grandmother is there now.. She had to be placed on a 10 day quarantine due to Covid protocol, so we solely depend on the facility communication, which has been almost impossible. We have had such a hard time getting in touch with a nurse, and the front desk just transfers you to a continuous ring. Every time I have spoken to my Grandmother (on her personal phone) she is sick or shaken up with anxiety. Zero excuses for a facility to be ran this way.

Manna Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is clean, neat and there's great interaction with the residents. The staff is wonderful, they're great with my family. The facilities are wonderful, they have a therapy area and they do therapy for their daily residents as well as the rehab. So they have their own physical therapists and they don't have to come in from anywhere, so all the residents can get physical therapy. They have the typical activities like church service, every day they have reading time, cooking, dancing, drawing, and crafts. It's great, they have wonderful activities.

My brother was at manna several months ago. He was very ill, myself living 2 hrs away, usually visited him twice weekly. One night I had a feeling, I should talk to him, so I called and asked them to take a phone to his room, I called 3 times, 3 times they hung up on me, with out getting a phone to him. They do not have a person competent to take a phone to the rooms. My brother died next morning about 6;30 am. My opportunity to speak with him one last time, was stolen by the incompetent employees at Manna. I will never forget this.

My mother-in-law is a resident at Manna Rehabilitation. It is a very nice and well-maintained place. They have moved my mother-in-law from the rehab floor over to the long-term care area. The room is not a private room; they have roommates. My mother-in-law is in a double room by the window. Her room is nice and clean. The nurses are friendly. They provide therapy and activities for them. They also have a living community space outside for all of them to be out of their rooms. They have different areas that they can go out and get fresh air.

The people were nice at Manna Rehabilitation, but the rooms were small but clean. The food is fair. They have bingo and puzzles.

My mom was in Manna Health & Rehab of Pickens a year before last. The grounds were very nice; the only flaw I saw in their grounds was they did not have enough visitors parking. They also have a very nice dining area if they choose to go there for their meals. It is a smaller and older facility, but it has just recently been remodeled so it is very nice; the new section is wonderful.

Manna Health and Rehab was excellent. It was safe, clean, and we didn't have any issues. My grandmother had a private room. The nurse and staff was okay and refined. The physical therapists were really good. She got good care, obviously, because she was able to go home. They got her into the appropriate care and they got her home, which we did not think possible. They did what they needed to do and she's gotten so much stronger.

From what I have seen everything in the facility seems pretty nice. It is rather large and multiple floors with elevators taking you to each. The rooms are also nice with a living room, kitchen, and bedroom, and plenty of space for 1 or even 2 people to live. They seemed rather happy and they are also allowed to set the thermostat to whatever temperature they want in their rooms. I know this because the last time we visited they had the room set to 87 degrees. They also seem to really enjoy the meals, as I have never heard a complaint, and the people all seemed extremely friendly and helpful as well. The only thing that I noticed the last time I was there is some spots in the hallway may have needed some patch up paint work. But, aside from that it seemed to be a pretty standard nursing home with nice people, things, and good help from the people that work there. I give it 3 to 4 stars.
