I personally love Spring Oak Lexington. I thought it was great, and I thought the tour was great. The staff was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The rooms were very roomy. There's a variety to choose from with a different level of price points. I like that theirs aren't based on level of care, and it's all-inclusive from the get-go. Your price depends on the size of the room. The dining area was very clean, and everything smelled great. They have a new activities day coordinator, but because everyone was getting ready for lunch, nothing was going on for the activities. I saw their outside court and their activities room. I like that they offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy on-site. They have a room specifically designed for that.

Spring Oak Lexington seemed like a good place, but that wasn't going to suit our needs at the time. Everything looked pretty clean and up-to-date, and it looked like they had a good facility there for the memory care unit. Everything looked fine. I didn't get into the staff other than the person who was showing us around. She was professional. We were able to see the rooms, and they were spacious. One thing that did catch me off guard was that you're expected to provide your own furniture, but it didn't turn out to be an issue. I liked the location, and I liked the cleanliness of the facility.

I toured Spring Oak Lexington. The staff was very nice. She had a lot of confidence. You could tell that she knew what she was talking about. I saw four rooms. She showed me where the library and the gym were, but I didn't see them.

We toured Spring Oak Lexington. I just thought it was very clean. It had everything that we were looking for. The staff was very helpful. They answered all our questions and were just very friendly. We were there at lunchtime, so we got to see some of the residents and stuff like that, so it was nice. They showed us to possible rooms that my brother would be in. The layout is pretty good. It's pretty organized and looked like it was easy for the folks to get around to where they needed to go. The dining room was in the middle of the halls, so it looked like it would be easy to access. I was very impressed.
