TerraBella Greenville has three floors and an elevator. My uncle's room is like your standard one bedroom apartment. When you first walk in, you have your living room, which is connected to the bedroom, and then to the right behind the front door is your walk-in shower room. They have bars that can help you sit down or stand up. They have a mini fridge for your food and a kitchen sink with cabinets. They have a balcony porch that is screened in. I have no problem with the staff. The lady who helped was great. She was friendly. She walked me around a place and told me everything I needed to know. They offered me to stay for lunch, but I didn't. The dining room where they all sit up to eat is nice. They give them options to choose from or what they want to eat. When I was there with my uncle, he was getting ready to eat dinner and I liked how they made announcements about what was going on over the intercom. He went to his bed for the day when they made an announcement that they would go out to a store. So, they also take them out to do stuff to eat or do activities. My uncle likes bingo so he told me they had that as well, and that was a plus. The price is worth it because at the other place, he was paying $3300 and at this place $2500 or $2700, but it seems like he could do more at TerraBella Greenville. Plus, he has a balcony. When we come over, we can just sit outside, and they allow animals. So, people can bring animals, too.

I toured TerraBella Greenville. It's a nice place. You can have a car there and you can have a dog. I have a little chihuahua, and that's what I am looking out for, too. They had a laundry room on each end of the floor. There are three floors. The woman who gave the tour was very friendly. She came over and introduced herself. She was very energetic. You could tell she liked her job. The facility was very clean.

I toured TerraBella Greenville. I like the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. I like what the place offers. They offer amenities. They're in the middle of renovating, but they have started that. They offer a mini movie area for the residents. They offer a game room with games and a pool table. It seems like they have different activities that go on, and I like that because it gives my dad more things to do. And he likes the pool, and that's one of his biggest things. They offered us to come and eat with them. The food was decent. My dad is in his 70s, and I can see that being right up his alley. It has a diner feel to it. It feels a little bit more comfortable with the setup. The staff was great. The food fits the clientele that they're feeding. I don't have any drawbacks as of yet. I like it, I did. The staff were very friendly, and the residents looked out for each other as well. They offered to take everybody to different stores twice a week and they offered to take them to their doctor's appointments as well.

Jennifer over at TerraBella Greenville was very nice. I just looked around and did a little tour. They had a calendar of activities that looked very nice. There were various things to do, but I wasn't there when anybody was doing anything. The facility looked nice, friendly, and open. It was beautiful.

My mother went with TerraBella Greenville. She is an elderly senior and this place has an older population, so it's more her age group, and it is more laid back. The majority of the activities are in the main lobby. They have a lot of activities in the lobby, in the corner of the dining room, or in an activity room. People can be sitting around just listening to music or participating with activities because everything is centrally located around the lobby. It's an older building, but it's very well maintained. Just by coincidence, two of the other residents there are actually retired ministers. One is a retired Navy chaplain and another is a female who has a masters degree in Divinity, and they have Bible study classes weekly. They have hymnal singalongs. For the elderly seniors, these are things that they enjoy doing, to sit around with somebody who's playing the piano, singing old gospel songs, or having a Bible study group where they'll review histories in the Old Testament of the Bible. They have bingo, arts and crafts, trips to go to WalMart, or to go to the banks, or to go to the mall. The people of her age group, they're very inviting. They have exercises, but they don't have regular exercise exercises per se. They have chair aerobics. In the activity room they'll have a bunch of comfy chairs without arms, and they'll actually sit there and they'll do exercises while they're sitting in their chairs. My mother doesn't get up early. So, she usually gets up and goes to the dining room around 9:30 a.m. when breakfast has already ended, and she just goes to get coffee. But the people there who are preparing in the kitchen for the lunch items, they will bring her something even though she says she doesn't want anything. They'll bring her something like a bagel and cream cheese, or they'll bring her some fruits. The staff is wonderful, super, super friendly, and very accommodating. Her apartment had just been redone. They had totally redone the floors and repainted it. They had a new refrigerator. When we got there, the apartment was very, very clean. The housekeeper that was going to be doing the housekeeping in her apartment actually came by, and was very, very nice, and told me not to worry, and she's going to take good care of my mom. They are giving age-appropriate activities for the age group that they are dealing with, and they're very good about making announcements. They actually have doctor services that come there Thursdays and Fridays. They also have occupational health, physical therapy, and podiatry that comes and sees them there.

I like it. It kind of reminds me of a cruise ship. They always have activities and stuff going on. They've got some good food. I like that the room is like a little studio. I like that they can come and go as they please and it is not like they're forced to stay inside. The staff who gave me the tour was funny and nice. She was personable with the residents there. The rooms are spacious and nice. It's a perfect size. When I came, somebody was performing for them. They got a library, a game room, and a fitness room.

My friend moved in, and I was able to see the place when I accompanied him to his first visit. It seemed great. We were invited to lunch. They seemed very attentive and willing to do what needs to be done. I wasn't able to eat much of anything because I was on a diet, but I had a kale salad which was very good. The staff is friendly, and helpful. What we saw was a bedroom, a living room, and they had a small refrigerator in the kitchen. It was much more spacious than the one we had looked at before. I remember seeing an exercise room, I don't remember looking in it, but I'm sure we went by it. They have a laundry room. They played bingo out where they eat. That's all I can remember.

The staff was very warm and friendly. The people and the residents seemed to be very happy and very friendly. I just feel that the apartment was not what I was looking for. There was a problem with parking, the facility looked dated, and it looks like it needed an upgrade. I tried their food and it was very good. For activities, they have everything from puzzles to handcrafts and exercise. There is a great variety, and it seems practical.

I visited and that was very nice and very, very lively. They were very, very nice. It was a lovely facility. The people who assisted me were very nice and very knowledgeable. The building itself is beautiful, and I liked the location. At the same time, it also seemed to have almost too much activity around it. The rooms were clean, were small, and they didn't seem to have a lot of light. The food was very good. They had a new chef, and I think he was still adjusting to the community at that facility. Most residents were still having meals in their rooms, so there were very few people in the dining room.

Overall, it was pretty good. The staff was really professional, they were able to provide advice or guidance, and they answered questions that I had. The facility seemed adequate. They had multiple activities throughout the day. If folks were going outside somewhere, they had transportation that they could use. There is a good bit of stuff around the area. The residents there could actually walk to various restaurants. There were small shops around the area that they could get to without really needing any kind of transportation.

I have moved in. I like it very much. The staff is very helpful. I like the people who live here. Also they have a lot to do. The food is excellent. I eat most everything that comes; it's very good. I had to get a microwave to warm my food. They come to the room and sometimes it's a little cold when it gets here, but that's the only problem. My room is adequate and clean. It's warm and the space is good. The facility is convenient. It's a lot of walking, but that's what I need, so it works out for me. They have a lot of games, which I enjoy. They have bingo and word games. The biggest thing they have that I enjoy is physical therapy. They have a very good therapist and that's what I needed. The therapist is excellent.

It is an excellent place. The staff is caring and the residents are friendly. The food is quite good. My ex-husband seems to be happier there than anywhere he's been. I see a lot of things going on and there's much more interaction. They have a sheet of paper with large writing on it announcing each event that's coming up that day, so that they don't forget. The dining area has pleasant surroundings and the food is very good. I've seen the media room where they show movies and the physical therapy room. Everything looks good. His room is a little bit small for someone in a wheelchair, although it's supposed to be set up for wheelchairs.

It is one of the top three places I wanted dad to look at. I liked it a lot, and it was a good fit for my dad. They offer three meals a day, with a balcony, and they allow smoking. They have a lot of activities.

It was very lovely, and I could tell that the staff really interacted with their residents. The ladies who showed us around were very nice. We also ran into the bus driver, who was exceptionally nice and welcoming. I was very impressed with the place. The dining area was beautiful, like a 5-star hotel dining room.

It is convenient to downtown Greenville since it's only 10 blocks away. They offered three meals a day and didn't have the big buy-in that other communities had. We chose a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a living room, small dining area, and a balcony. They had a billiards room, card room, a library, and physical therapy on-site.

I don’t really have anything to compare it to because it was the only one that we went to. I know they have a private room, but it was a studio, and that would be the only one my mom could afford. It was so small, and I know that she would be crazy there. Everything seemed to be clean, and everything seemed good. They had just replaced the carpeting in the entire building. Somebody must have just entered the kitty litter box or something because they do allow pets when we were walking through the hall or we probably walked by the garbage area because I did notice some smell. The staff was super. The lady who took us on a tour, the people who served us lunch; everybody was super. So the people were great. I know that older people can’t take spicy food, but the food was bland for me.

My mom and dad were in here. It seemed to be a good, easy-to-navigate place. They had three meals a day and a lot of activities. The food was good.

We liked it, and we were treated very well. We liked the place; of all the places we looked at, this would probably be our preference. Everybody was nice and friendly. But the apartments were small; that’s my biggest problem. We will be moving from a very large house to an apartment.

We really love it and will be moving in once our house is sold. They have vey nice two- or three-bedroom units with patios and balconies. They offer three meals a day and do bus trips every Wednesday.

The atmosphere was friendly. It was very well furnished. However, my mother needed assisted living and they didn’t have assisted living. As far as activities, they had a Halloween party then. The facility was more social and interactive. The vacant room we saw was fairly good size. It had a full bath too. The staff was nice to me, but they were trying to get me to place my mother there.

It was a nice place. It's very large, and they seemed clean. If my mom was in a state that she could go back into that environment, it would be great. I met with the field manager. He was fine, great, friendly. It was quite too far from us. It was like 35 to 40 miles one way. The rooms were very bright. My mom would have liked the closet space. The dining room was very large. The staff wore uniforms, which I thought was kind of nice. It made it more classy.

It is a good place. The facility is very nice and clean, but it's just not my mom wanted. The rooms were not what she was used to. We saw their activities and everything was fine.
