This rehab facility is definitely run with efficiency and do everything they can to make you feel better. The nurses, CNAs, and nurse practitioners have been nothing but wonderful to my mom!! And the people who clean are excellent!!! My mom has been in other facilities and none of them come close to this one!

Can't express how grateful I am for the staff at Compass for helping my mother rehab and come home. Our experience was amazing, and everyone listened to my mother's needs and took their time with her. Facility is clean and food was great.

The rooms were kept clean and comfortable. A wide variety of food was available. The nursing staff was knowledgeable and caring. The physical rehabilitation was excellent. Without there care, knowledge, and persistence, my husband may never have walked again. Anyone looking for personal care and knowledge of their jobs should consider Compass.

My wife had stayed in Compass Post Acute Rehabilitation. Upon entry, everybody was very helpful and courteous but after a week or two, it seemed to slip. The main problem there was the nursing station was often unmanned and I was not able to reach my wife. She has dementia, so she was not able to hang up the phone properly. She would often have it off the hook, and I wouldn't be able to reach the nursing station because nobody would answer the phone. The food is average and the facility seemed dated.

My mother is currently staying at Compass Post Acute Rehabilitation. They're in lockdown, and I can only do window visits with her. They had a person test positive, so they're on lock down for fourteen days. She has aphasia and she's hard of hearing, so that's kind of hard. She has a roommate; they just moved her down closer to the nursing station. I guess she's OK there. I can't really say too much about the facility. It seems to be maintained, and her room seems kept up. I called down there to check on her. I'm taking her clothes. She has a prosthetic, and she's had a mastectomy. I've told them twice to make sure that she's wearing it when they dress her. I noticed when I went down to visit last week, they didn't have it on her; I don't know if they're doing it now. It's hard to say. She's receiving physical therapy, and she has aphasia. When I ask her how's that going, she doesn't say too much, so it's hard to say. When I took her stuff out there, they wouldn't let me take it back to her because they said they were all locked down, and it was just frustrating.

My husband went to Compass Post Acute Rehabilitation for respite care for five nights. I would recommend them to anybody. The staff was excellent. My husband had a semi-private with a fantastic roommate. It was wonderful.

My husband was in the rehab of Agape Senior living, and he won’t go back there. They didn’t care for him properly, it was very dirty, and sometimes they didn’t feed him. There were a couple of people that were very good, but overall, it was terrible. The rooms were filthy. The dining area seemed pretty clean. They have to make sure the staff is properly trained.

my mom was there.she said someone pushed to fast inwheelchair and feet got caught underneath. no one admitted to it probably they would have been fired. her feet were super swollen I thought broke but wasn't. feet purple and every other color. bottom of other ft skin was off the bottom of heel of ft. knee was swollen size of baseball. I complained they said maybe she did it by pushing herself. she cant and she cant walk. so that's absurd. try and be nice it doesn't work. I would never recommend this place to anyone. most people would have sued so I guess I was just stupid for thinking they would do the right thing and give the money back for pain ad suffering. barb oese.

The last facility that I visited was the Agape Senior of Conway and this facility was very appealing and clean. The building was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and very patient. I think the residents there were happy and contented.

Agape Senior was very nice. The staff was great and looked happy working there. They were friendly and very good. The rooms were like studio or one-bedroom apartments, and they had patios, and a kitchen with a granite counter top. My dad doesn’t complain about the food. Dad is wheel chair bound, so he does the Wii golf. They also had church, music and piano.

This facility was very well attended to. The staff was very friendly and had alot of patience for the residents as well as the visitors. The building itself has a welcoming appeal to it that made it seem even the more homey and comfortable for the residents. For dinner time the residence of the facility ate and talked quietly among each. The patients did not lack for food or drink; because the staff made sure they had as much as they wanted. I would recommend this facility to anyone that's seeking a good facility as I was. I love this facility, the staff at the facility, and the overall area of the facility. Many of the residents have a very lovely view of the outside world. Many of the other facilities I have been to are no competition for this assisted-living facility. This facility is an overall beautiful building, and there should be more like it.

This facility wasn't pleasant at all. When we pulled up to it reminded of a hotel on the side of the road. There was nothing appealing about it all. It wasn't bright and it didn't have the nicety that other facilities offer. I just didn't like it. We went there unannounced so we had to wait quite a while in the lobby until somebody could see us. I really was not impressed with the residence's smell. I just didn't like it. When you first walk in it was just overwhelming with fragrance. It was like they're trying to hide something or they're trying to cover it up. And as we went from building to building it was not good. I think the residents there were okay. There were not as vocal as the other residents we've met from the other facilities. I also didn't see too much of the staff. We met with the man that was in charge of everything. He was very informative. I really did like the place in the sense that it was built on a foundation or something like that. It was, let's say, eye opening. He informed us that the facility, yes you would have to pay but should something happen, like mother in law didn't have anymore money, they wouldn't throw her out because it's a foundation and that part of it was wonderful.

This was wan excellent facility for my mother. My mother has been in and out of facilities all over Horry County and Agape was the first to treat her with respect. The doctor was there 2-3 times a week which the other facilities told me their doctor comes every 60 days because of regulations. The rehab team was remarkable. They even did a home visit to see if our house was adequate for mom coming home. Great staff and lovely facility.

My Mother was admitted to the Agape nursing home in Conway, SC,for rehab. after being in the hospital for a week with pneumonia, Her care in this nursing home has been less then adequate, Like Aides not knowing how to take blood pressure reading, not giving Oxygen when needed,(blue fingers), room kept cold (65), Mother was just covered with a sheet, shivering. Administering unnecessary drugs.

Elderly lady placed this spring had no sores at all and was walking. Has been kept drugged, in bed with soiled clothing and briefs and now has open sores and bruises, has not been walked. Would not put my dog here.
