I chose Hitchcock Square for my husband because it's close to my house. It's a studio. He has a big bath and a twin bed. The staff was very good. I would call them and they would come. They have a different variety of food every day but it isn't very good. The building is old but it's good enough.

We toured Hitchcock Square. There were a lot of employees I did see there. It seemed very nice that we're working with some of the people. When we got there, they were just starting bingo with some of the residents that were there. I noticed the place needs to be a bit updated. The cost is more than the other community. The person who took us around was very nice. They did have decent activities for the people. The outdoor section was nice because it was closed off. You can walk out there. It's like a square area where residents would be outside, they would do things with them, and there's no way they could get out of there. I like that it's one level. It was a good place. The painting has to be repainted, the carpeting has come up, and stuff like that.

It is lovely and very homey. It feels like you're in someone's home and not in an institution. It's perfect for mom. They're very kind and the population is under 50 residents. So, it's very one-on-one and they're very good at what they do.

We chose them for my mom because they were willing to take a chance with her, unlike other places. She has been fine there and loves being there. The staff has been super helpful. They are supportive in every way. My mom loves the food. She is staying busy so she is getting out there and is still able to do gardening and stuff like that. They play bingo. She is involved in church, so she is loving it. It's a brand-new facility. They have been doing what they've been doing for a little while, and it is working.

This was facility where we had dimentia patient for a few months -- the staff and administration were very helpful and flexible as the needs of our family member changed quickly. They helped her and us as we worked through the final days. Very caring and helpful

My relative moved here. It is the only one that accepted her. It is close to my home. The staff members are very friendly and attentive. The room is clean and tidy. The structure is fine.

It is nice and clean. The grounds are very nice. They have an enclosed courtyard where residents can go out but not get out. Although my aunt doesn't need that, it's good for people who have a mental deficiency. It is a very nice setup. A lot of the rooms are backed up on the courtyard so you have a view. The studios are in an L-shape and nicely sized. From what I could see, the room is decorated by the person who the room is for, so you personalize it. It comes without furniture and is carpeted and clean. There's a room for your bed, a large closet which has good storage, a small utility kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, and a full bathroom. Everybody is extremely helpful and friendly. The staff seems very friendly and capable.

Great staff, facility clean and we are more than happy with the staff and the services they provide. I could not ask for better for my uncle.
