I toured Atria Lincoln Place. I found the assisted living rooms to be on the small side, and some of the common areas were a little rundown. They needed some sprucing up, so to speak. I felt that the staff was friendly. They were there to assist the residents, so it seemed good. The staff who gave the tour was very helpful, and she did a lot of follow-up as well.

We visited several senior facilities and we feel very blessed that our father chose Atria in Lincoln to live in during his elderly years. Unfortunately my dad only had the pleasure to live there for 8 months before passing away at the age of 94. Atria exceeded our expectations!!! Meeting with Allison the Community Sales Director convinced us that this was the place for our dad. She as well as the entire staff especially Justin in Maintenance and Katelyn in the business office and Galena at the front desk and Ashley the nursing director went over and beyond to assure our dad’s safety, health, and that his requests were constantly met. ALL the employee are kind, thoughtful, professional, and caring. Brie did an amazing job with keeping the residents involved and entertained. The facility is bright and modern and most important impeccably clean and free from bad odors. We joined our dad several times in the dining room where the staff there was well was so accommodating and patient. The chef was great with his menu and the food was above average. There is a very low turnover in the staff which speaks for itself. We have plenty of pictures to remind us of the fun dad had at Atria. I highly recommend Atria in Lincoln.

First and foremost, the staff are genuinely interested in the well-being of my mom. They’ve made her feel at home and I’m welcomed here. They are pleasant, polite and make the whole experience a pleasure. The facilities are immaculately taken care of.

The rooms are wonderful just what my dad was looking for. He now gets to eat 3 meals a day and socialize with the many friends he has made. The many activities planned everyday give you all kinds of choices to participate in. The staff is amazing, always smiling and friendly and are always there to meet his needs. I would highly recommend Atria Lincoln Place to anyone who is looking for this kind of facility.

Atria is a beautiful senior community. Staff and administrators are all so pleasant and accommodating. Before my parents came here to live I was constantly worrying about them being alone in their hone. At Atria they have everything they need to live comfortably and safely. Their dining room experience is always pleasant. The dining staff go above and beyond to please and accommodate all their dietary needs. My mom gained 8 lbs in 3 months and believe me she needed the extra weight. Housekeeping is very thorough and does a wonderful job. Their is nothing for them to do but to relax and enjoy all that the Atria has to offer. They keep their senior population very engaged in daily activities. My parents have settled in quite well and that is a burden that has been lifted for our family.

My dad has been a resident at Atria Lincoln Place for the past four months. I want to commend the Atria staff for their professionalism, kindness, patience, and engagement with not only my dad but for all the residents within their community. Whether it be medication administration, coordination of Dr. visits and lab tests, the staff is always there to help guide the process working in concert with the family. It is a true partnership. The activity engagement is terrific allowing residents to enjoy a great quality of life while living with dignity during their later years. Life's later years can be cruel but the Atria staff makes the light shine everyday. The day's many activities are highlighted but three "square" meals a day that offer a daily variety of nutritious, tasty food that can appeal to even the finicky eater (like my dad). The facility is visually appealing, well-maintained, and designed with a number of features that make the building itself homey and allows residents to find places where they can "hide" and relax - a game room, a library, a snack room, and TV / Video room. If you play pool, don't worry, their is a pool table ready to be used and it is not uncommon to see staff challenge the residents in a game of pool. I highly recommend any family who is looking to move a loved one into an independent living / assisted living residential model to checkout Atria Lincoln. You'll be glad you do.

My aunt didn't want to live alone in her house any more, wanted assisted living.I was looking for local availability near my home and checked in here. Very pleasantly surprised when we visited as to how homey it felt. To date I have not met one staff member who was not helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean, like a private home, and staff strive to ensure residents are entertained and happy. I've had a meal or two and they have been very good. Auntie's room is compact, but her belongings fit in well, and she has a lovely courtyard view. Her bathroom is larger than that in her previous home, and she has no trouble getting in and out with her walker. So far Auntie has been happy here.I was nervous about it but I think the transition is going well at this point.

My mother has a spacious studio style apartment. There’s plenty of room for her bed, comfortable chairs, bureau, and small dining set. The bathroom is very large and has a walk-in tub/shower which provides safe and easy access. The room is bright and cheery! Staff are helpful and always go above and beyond for the residents. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in a lovely dining room and is always tasty. We no longer worry about my mother eating properly as we know that she is enjoying her daily meals. There are also so many activities that my mother participates in each week. Her daily life is so enriched since she moved in to Atria. My siblings and I are so grateful to have our mother in such a wonderful place!

My father has been at the Atria just over 3 years. He is kept very busy with all the wonderful activities they host for the residents. This place has a party for everything. Activities galore, bingo, cards, crafts, musical guest and the weekly field trips to nearby restaurants. I can never keep track of my Dad he's so busy. Being social is the key to long life. Atria is a well managed facility and treats their residents like family.

My mother moved in this month and loves it here! Here room is great. She loves all of the activities and likes that a lot of residents participate. She's already made many friends. The food is great. Everyone that she has met here, staff and residents, have been so kind, inviting and helpful. Atria has thought of everything to make their residents happy and comfortable.

My mother stayed in Atria Lincoln Place, and they were wonderful to her. She stayed in the memory care, which was a lock-down thing. It was very spotlessly clean. Every single one of them was very helpful and very friendly. I felt safe leaving her there. Although I expected her to put up a struggle when I left, she was OK. Tthey're wonderful. It was a last-minute thing, but they did a wonderful job getting me taken care of in a short period of time. They took care of mom, and everyone that visited her felt the same way (that she was well taken care of). They had nothing but positive things to say. They were very, very good. The room's layout and everything, including the bathroom, was fine. It was big and clean, and the bathroom was good. The setup and the layout of Atria is spot on. It's small enough. I think the staff is able to keep tabs on the residents, and it just seems like it was an ideal setup for our needs with my mother. It looked like they were very, very well set up for the care that I would need for her. Everything was clean and every single thing was immaculate. It wasn't cheap, but they did a very good job in a short amount of time for the money.

I liked that Atria Lincoln Place was homey. The people were very friendly and it doesn't smell like an old place/hospital. It's clean and it's very close to where we live. It's very easy to get around and they have a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room. Alison toured us around and she was wonderful. She knows everything and gives you all the information you need. So, she's phenomenal.

The entire staff- caregivers, housekeepers, activity director, food preparation staff are all excellent and dedicated. I feel that they all genuinely care. Even the maintenance director played a big role in my mothers transition. Mike went above and beyond and did it with a smile the entire time. I’m so happy for my mom and can’t thank the staff enough.

We researched at least five Assisted Living communities for my Mom, 82. After tours, discussions, and recommendations from other people, it was clear that Atria in Lincoln was the best choice. The facility itself is cheery, bright, elegant, with great activities. The food is way above some of the other places we toured. Mom's studio is very nice and she loves it. Every resident we saw and talked to was friendly and so welcoming. Without a doubt, however, the best part about Atria Lincoln is the staff. From our first interactions with Allison, the sales director, to the nurses and aides, they are fabulous. We had to move in Mom rather quickly, and Allison lent us a walker, chair, TV and so much else to get Mom settled. There is great music, tai chi, movies, etc. Super happy Mom is there and she's adjusting and realizing how amazing it is to have others to talk to and do activities with.

Atria Lincoln Place was a beautiful facility and everybody's nice. The big selling point for me and my husband was they had a pool and a hot tub. The whole layout of the place was very nice and the people were friendly. It's convenient to the Lincoln Mall and many, many restaurants. It was a nice place. They have many independent activities, like an exercise class, taichi, yoga, chair exercises, and that type of thing. They allowed small cats and dogs too.

My Mother has been at Atria (Independent Living section) for 2 years. Initially (when she first moved in), the menu and meals were top notch (albeit not great for the Type 2 diabetes residents which included Mom). The meals began to decline within a few months of her residency. They have now declined to the point where she and others are buying fast foods and frozen dinners and relying on a few outings at local restaurants. The residents are now given 1/2 sandwich, tiny pullet size eggs now at breakfast, vegetables are cooked beyond their usefulness (i.e. veggies are cooked way beyond the point of being healthy). My mother's blood sugars often take wide swings due to the overabundance of high carbohydrates at each meal. I would be happy to have my Mom with us but she does have friends there--which is the only reason she has not yet found another facility. The staff have been very nice. The price goes up every January and the amenities are going downhill.

The Atria in Lincoln Place was one of the ones we looked at and I'm impressed with it. Talking to the staff, a lot of them had been there for quite a few years. The place was clean. Allison, the one who showed us around, was very informative and got back to me right away with any questions I had. The staff was very interactive with the clients that were there. The place is very clean, very open. It was easy for some people who had walkers to get around. The memory care was in a square. So, no matter where they walked, they ended up being back where they were. I thought that was good. They had vans, they would take the people if they needed to go somewhere like doctors appointments or just take them for a ride. They also had a garden that the clients could go into and walk around. They had a movie room, which I thought was kind of cool. It was all set up with a bathroom too.

My mom is very, very old but social, active and was a little hesitant to move. After all at her age change is hard. On our 1st visit we meet with the Community Director of Atria Lincoln Place. Mom was presented with a wonderful picture of what life would be like. Mom was ready to move in on the spot. Her whole demeanor has changed for the better. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, and are visible through out the day. The director has always been accessible, has handle a number of issues, and has made this transition a very pleasant experience. My mom couldn't be in a better community.

My mother has been a resident of the memory care unit for the past 2+ years. The care and commitment on the part of the staff has been wonderful. The unit is cheerful and the new life guidance director has done a great job of creating a sense of family among the residents with the varied art/craft projects and pictures (which are sent to family members). All of the staff are helpful and have the residents interest at heart. My mother loves the food and speaks highly of the care givers - that speaks volumes!

My mother recently moved into this facility! The maintenance director was not only very pleasant to deal with but also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I left feeling comfortable with leaving my mother in his hands. The maintenance mans name was Mike. Also all staff were great and extremely friendly. Mike just gave more a comfortable friendly vibe like he cared personally for all of his residents and it wasn’t just a ‘job’. Great place. Highly recommend.

My mom moved in to the atria February 1 2020 just before Covid 19 hit hard. She was skeptical at leaving her home but we felt she was not longer safe there after several falls. Almost from day 1 she was surprisingly pleased with everything. The food was fantastic. The staff was 100% friendly and caring. Mom did get covid and was hospitalized. All she kept saying was she wanted to go home. And she meant the Atria. She’s home and happy as can be. Thank you to everyone working there. Staci

The personnel at the Atria in Lincoln went above and beyond in assisting us with our dear elderly Aunt. It was a challenging situation due to Covid-19, her declining health, hospital and nursing home placement before actually moving in. Regardless of what we dealt with, they were there for us trying to make things easier. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Allyson and her staff. Thank you to everyone. I would highly recommend the Atria in Lincoln for your loved one.

I live in Atria Senior Living in Lincoln, Rhode Island. It's beautiful. We get excellent care from all of the departments. The food is good, but COVID is doing a job on all these homes that I don't like. We don't have independence anymore, it's terrible. The place itself is well run. The workers are great. They go out of their way to keep us happy. The staff is wonderful. My God, they couldn't be any better. They bend over backward for us. Of course, they had to let people go because of this COVID-19, and it's been a lot different. When it's normal, it's a beautiful place to stay, the trouble is it costs a little bit of money and I'm running out of money. Actually, you can do either independent living or assisted living, but right now I'm in assisted living because I need help from the nurses here. I'm putting in another claim with my long-term claim insurance, so they should handle that very soon. The food is good. We have several good chefs here. They're very good. The activities were very good. In fact, since COVID-19 has taken over, we've missed them terribly, but we have no choice. The director here is excellent because we never had one case of COVID-19 and we're so proud of that. He's very strict and I'm glad about that. I think it's expensive. I'm running out of money and that means I have to look for another place to live shortly. I think I pay $4,400 a month for a studio. I have a nice room. The staff is excellent. They're the best. We all have housekeeping once a week. They change my bed and wash the sheets. Any time anything goes wrong all we have to do is call the desk and they'll send someone up and they'll do whatever they have to do. They're very efficient. I don't participate in too many activities. I just go to the serious meetings, but the people who go for the activities, they love it, and they can't wait for them to come back after COVID is all done. We have to wear masks with everything we do. We can't go outside for a walk around the building unless we have a mask on. We have to sit far away from each other. They're excellent. They're taking excellent care of us. If you're a person with a lot of money, the value is excellent, but when you don't have a lot of money and you go wondering how long you're going to stay here; it's a little bit high. I'm an average resident here. We have had several people that had to move out because it was getting a little bit too high. If they put up the rent again this month, I'm out of here, and I mean it.

My mom was in Atria Lincoln Place. They couldn't keep her there anymore because she's a fall risk. She was in assisted living initially, and then they moved her to the memory care unit. It was very good except they couldn't care for her. When she fell a couple of times, they felt they couldn't take care of her anymore. Food was nice. We ate with her there a few times when we were out there visiting her, and we enjoyed the meals. They played games, and they had physical activities for them. They had a library and an area where they could do physical activities. They were really nice for what they provided. The staff members were very helpful, but it was expensive.

My brother and I visited the Atria. The girl that took us around was very knowledgeable and very professional. They were getting ready to eat, so we went into the dining room, and they told us everything about the place. For the residents, they have bingo and card games. They had movies, parties, and cookouts. What we didn’t like about the place was they had a pool, but outsiders could use the pool, which I didn’t care for. It’s a beautiful place; it’s just too far from me.

Atria is an upscale assisted living. They only take paying patients and they don't take anyone that has Medicaid. It is a very nice place. They have separate building for Alzheimer's patients. In the regular building they have activities room, swimming pool, a beautiful dining room, and a gathering room. The individual apartments are really beautiful. It has a mini refrigerator and a microwave. You can have your room painted any color you want. You can bring whatever you want from home. It's more like an apartment than a rest home room. It was very nice. The staff was very friendly. I had inquired for my uncle and his wife. They keep me updated with what's going on. They have different activities, like they have trips where they take residents to different places. Their facilities are like a 4-star hotel. It was very nice. I like the apartment style living. I also liked that they had a pool. I have two artificial knees, and that's a very good therapy for knees. It's very spacious. You could do a 5-mile walk in there without a problem. The grounds outside are very nice. They usually have all kinds of chairs where the patients can sit. It's a really lovely place.

I did a cursory look at Atria Lincoln Place. However, I didn't spend as much time there as I did with the other facility. It seemed perfectly fine. However, it didn't impress me particularly. I didn't feel that my in-laws would be very happy there. For accommodations, it was all apartment setup. The unit that I saw did not have the same kind of space or amenities that they would have at another facility. It felt too cramped for what my in-laws are used to. It just felt very generic. Also, walking in the facility, I seemed to remember like there were dining room odors that I didn't like.

Atria was a beautiful facility. The minute you walked in, it was gorgeous. They got all kinds of things for them there. However, they were out of reach. It costs $8,000 a month.

if this is a convenient location for your loved one, don't look any further. From the director to the nursing to maintenance, all is superb. Easy layout for residents to maneuver and plenty of varied activities for those who need assistance and supervision. Perhaps there could be more opportunities for independent residents to be transported out for the day, unless they drive. Not sure there is enough challenging activities for a very independent resident. Also, I would not have chosen this place if my dad was close to needing nursing home care. My opinion, overall it is perfect for assisted living residents needing some daily care, structure, security. i like it because the apartments are on 2 floors and all the activity is on first floor.
